This man was a god send. After a flooding incident he came in and had us back to a normal in what seemed like no time. Professional, courteous, and sprinkled with a bit of humor. Definitely made the perfect choice in him.

Professional, courteous, trustworthy and honest. Ensured I understood all costs and repairs and the necessity of each. Came back to ensure I was sarisfied with setvice and correct minor detail to perfect work.

Kevin did a wonderful job on our water leak damage last summer. He was very professional and also personable. He kept us updated and gave us advice on how to move forward with reconstruction. He was reliable and thorough in his work. Definitely recommend!

Kevin and his team were amazing. They didn’t waste any time coming out to inspect the loss, reassuring me the through the entire process what ought to be done to minimize any more damage to my home. They had great mannerisms and took the time to actually explain what all needed to be done and what the equipment actually does and that’s rare so I truly appreciated that. They worked fast, and efficiently and also cleaned up everything once finished, so I wasn’t left with a big mess. I contacted this company really late but they got back in contact with me first thing in the morning I explained everything and they gave me a great price when they saw the problem i missed some thing but they didn't hold it against me they kept the price and they were very helpful definitely keeping them in mind any time I need them there price was better them the other 4 companies I contacted and I appreciate them explaining things as they went 5 stars please keep it up

Flex, I hadn't heard of these guys but they came out to my mothers house after a flood and where not only able to quite quickly abate the damage but documented and photographed everything to help us handle homeowners insurance. Very professional and kind to my mother and explained everything he did, would reccomend.

I had pipe burst in the toilet above our kitchen (clean water pipe, thank God), but the water leaked down through the toilet floor, the ceiling of the kitchen and all across the kitchen floor.

I called Flex Southern LLC and they came out the same day and began drying the areas immediately to help mitigate the damage. Very pleased with their quick response and help determining the source of the problem. I would absolutely recommend their services.
