Jess and Dane did a great job installing our impact windows. I had received Jess' name from another realtor who spoke highly of him. Jess came to my house and did all the measurements himself. He was punctual and polite. I like working with the owner and this instance, he is also doing the installation, not subbing it out which makes a huge difference.

For the install, Jess and Dane worked tirelessly for around 10 hours, finishing up in the dark and rain. The windows came out great and Jess quickly got the permits closed out. I will continue to use Jess and Precision in the future as well as refer him out to family and clients. Jess obviously cares about his business and quality of work.

We can’t recommend Precision Contracting more highly!!! They built our entire home as new construction. We watched Jess turn a dirt lot into our dream home! The experience was professional and the final product is exceptional. From floor plans and ideas (and me throwing some random Pinterest ideas into it out of nowhere), they listened to our ideas and wishes and made everything happen on budget and in a timely manner— even considering Covid happened in the middle of our build. It presented so many challenges outside of any of our control and they still delivered beyond our expectations. In a time when it is SO difficult to trust anyone to be honest in this industry, Jess and Precision were of the highest integrity. Thank you so much for everything.

16 weeks to complete a bathroom with weeks without any workers or communication about why there was a delay. Project manager never noticed on his own when things were done incorrectly, and didn't complete most of the problem items until money was withheld. Definitely a frustrating experience. I should have listened to a friend who told me not to use Precision. Live and learn.

All I'd like to add to reply to Jess's comment to my review is that it is AMAZING how he replied to my negative public review in less than an hour, but it take weeks to reply to a private email complaint. Poor time management at every level (except when it comes to collecting money).
