Coming off a very large lengthy outdoor project consisting of a new seawall and pool. I truly was done with the whole process of renovating. With turf being the last hurdle to jump through and millions of companies promising the same thing. I was having a hard time deciphering who to trust. Our project contained numerous technical obstacles including grading of the front yard and laying turf over a concrete cap. I knew we had to find a company willing to work through each scenario diligently to ensure the best drainage and longevity of our project. Joe exceeded all those expectations. He promptly answered all my calls and questions of any concerns I had. He continuously proved his passion for the job by showing up on site everyday to check the quality of the work that had been done. While many deadlines were on the horizon with the plans of my parents visiting town, he expedited the project working weekends and long hours as the other contractors fell behind. He took on what other contractors had neglected in sake of our desires of being finished. It doesn't stop at Joe, the entire team of Palm Beach Outdoor Design made me feel at ease with their wealth of knowledge and dedication to their craft. When choosing your next project consider all the variables, is the turf made in USA turf without harsh chemicals for your kids and pets, can you trust this company to show up and continue to show up if something goes wrong down the road, Does this company have your best interest at heart, are they trustworthy or just trying to get another job. It is not always just about the best quote as we have come to find ourselves. We hired this company to do our yard but we received so much more with a memory making space that we cherish for years to come while adding one really cool new friend!
