I had an emergency at my house a few weeks back with my meter box. One leg from FPL came loose and was arcing out in my box due to a broken clamp. It smelled like burnt wire. I called FPL and they ended up doing a partial disconnect leaving me with only one leg. This was useless to me because I am on a well and needed 220 to run my pump. They told me I needed an electrician to replace the meter box.

So I started calling around. No one wanted to do the work at all until I called Elite Electric. Danny C of Elite showed up the next morning and gave me a fair price to replace the Meter Box and handle all the permitting and coordination with FPL and the County inspector.

He came back next day and did most of the work, but FPL didn't show up all day so he could not complete the job. He could have completed same day if FPL would have shown up to completely disconnect the power to make it safe to install the new meter box. FPL came later in the day at night and did the full disconnect. Danny returned to complete the work the following day and meet with the County inspector. FPL then came out later that day and reconnected full power and I was back on.

Danny also made sure to patch the area around the box with fresh stucco and also tightened my connections in my electrical panel.

Before all this happened I was having random light flickers, but now I have consistent power with no issues.

One more note the administrative/dispatch staff at Elite get 5 stars for communication. They called me to follow up and inform me what was going on throughout the entire process.

Call Elite Electric first if you have any electrical issues in your home or business and ask for Danny C, so you don't waste time. They show up, do a great job, and charge a fair price.

Luis inspected the entire ac system changing out the filter. His feedback reflected a detailed knowledge of his trade. Much appreciated

Vince was very prompt, communication was excellent, showed me what he was going to do and everything I needed to know about my new garbage disposal. Wesley was a gentleman and a professional so no complaints there. The price he quoted us seems a bit high.

My technician was promptly on time even though I was running late. Kennard waited for me until I got there to review all of his findings. They did an excellent job and responded timing.

Elite Plumbing has not given up on my property with their installation of a new well system until it's working perfectly. The install issues are ongoing (minor), but going in the right direction. The company has agreed to add more filtration if needed after additional water testing. I am confident Elite will resolve everything until I am satisfied with the work done. I highly recommend choosing Elite for their prompt service, communication and quality of work.

I use Elite for all my HVAC and pool heater needs. They have been great each and every time. This most recent incident was a quick and professional fix. Evan was courteous and was efficient in diagnosing the issue. The repair was equally efficient.

I can honestly say that Kennard was excellent. Very professional and he took the time to explain in detail the issues with my system, he was helpful and informative.

Robin, the electrician at Elite Electric, was sincere ,genuine ,and honest and had me sold with his knowledge, By not being a pushy salesman .He was completely present in the moment, And you could tell that he loved what he did. A true authority in his field.

James has been great. He’s installed ceiling fixtures & repaired a faulty electrical switch. Smart, professional, efficient. Love him.
