We hired MG Companies to completely gut and renovate our apartment. Leonardo was incredibly organized, hardworking, and met all our deadlines. Working with an apartment complex is never easy, but he was able to maneuver through these obstacles while still meeting our timeline. Leonardo was very efficient in getting our renovation completed - virtually on time and on budget. He managed the permitting process and the Condo approval process in a timely and efficient manner. We were up north during the renovation so we relied heavily on this judgement and thoroughness. He also managed the subs well.
