Marc is "head & shoulders" above any pool service provider in the Orlando/Jassimmee/Celebration area we've dealt with.
We personally experienced two other pool service providers who were "all words & no action". Marc was recommended to us by an Airbnb Super Host.
Now for the very first time we can feel confident that: what Marc promises will be done gets done and in a very timely manner; Marc will proactively advise you of any potential issues, what is likely the cause of the problem; and most important, recommend the most cost effective long-term solution.
Based on personal experience, Marc is not an egotistic, money greedy person like other pool service providers we previously have dealt with.
It is worthwhile to know that Marc was a licensed Electrician in the UK, and in addition to this certified skill, has an in- depth knowledge about numerous engineering related situations and their possible solutions, well beyond his simply providing pool related services.
FTR: I am in no way a relative or personal friend of Marc. I am on the other hand an extremely satisfied customer who has saved both considerable time & money thanks to Marc. Candidly, I suspect many pool owners would value the operational confidence about their pool systems that Marc could provide to them.

Marc and his team are above reproach , my pools have never looked cleaner. They respond immediately to any concerns even on the weekends !!!

We've used this company for over 18 months. Our pool is always sparkling clean. The owner is very attentive and his employees are very thorough with their service. They service the pool weekly. We get an email with photos, chemical readings and a list of services provided
Any time we had equipment issues, I just contact the owner and he gets it taken care expediently and reasonably. We just replaced our heater, pump motor, and switched to salt and couldnt be more pleased.

My pool has never looked better thanks to Magical Pools. Also when I had a problem with my pool pump the owner Marc took time out of his weekend to come and fix the issue. Phenomenal and reliable I 100% recommend them to anyone with a pool.

Great pool cleaning service! Owner is very professional and the quality of cleaning is very thorough. They provide an email report of your pool cleaning service each time the pool is service. The report has pictures of the cleaned pool and recommendations for caring for the system.

They also vacuum the floor of the pool at each cleaning. This was not the case for my previous service which left the bottom dirty.
