This is by far the most honest HVAC service we've ever used. This is a service we used in summer with arctic we never feel like we're being pressured into buying anything we don’t need there's no feeling that anyone is trying to make a commission they’re truly focused on helping us keep our unit in good condition. When our Air stopped working Arctic sent someone out right away, which was a huge relief, especially since I’m concerned about our dog in the house who can't tolerate temperatures above 87°. I know that's a personal concern but I really appreciate their understanding and quick response.

Imtiaz Omi from Arctic Air Temp was such an amazing tech, he was punctual, friendly, outgoing, he explained everything in detail. He did a phenomenal job, I’m glad I got him as my service technician. I definitely will be using Arctic Air Temp for all my future needs. Thanks again

We had Arctic come out this morning for a second opinion, there was another company we worked it they told us we needed a new unit but Omi from Arctic just replaced our Capacitor and our unit was back to life again, they will forever be our trusted contractor

Messaged due to needing AC repair and responded a minute later. Tech was at my door 2 hours later and on a Sunday night. Had the repair done and AC running an hour later. Fabulous service. Super nice and polite. Would recommend, above and beyond.

I have been intensively searching for an AC maintenance company to service our rental in Kissimmee for a long time but my search was in vain until one late afternoon, I reached out to this company after 5 pm and was pleasantly surprised I was able to talk to Mr. Omi, who was courteous and helpful in scheduling a service appointment. Their fees is $165 for the full year which includes a one time inspection of the system and another emergency service appointment within the year!! I am very pleased with their prompt scheduling and excellent customer service.

I was looking for a reliable AC company to perform regular maintenance on my AC. I called Arctic Air and I'm so glad that I did. The level of service was outstanding and arrived on time! These guys are solid! Called them in the weekend cause our AC stopped working they showed up in an hour and took care of a bad transformer, the quality of service was phenomenal we will definitely call them again! Thank you Omi

LATE AT NIGHT CALLED 4 COMPANIES NO ONE PICKS UP!! Gladly Arctic answered and saved us our Airbnb Contract with a guest, this wasnt our first time contacting them the team is always on time and punctual about their work. Our only trusted and reliable hvac contractors in Kissimmee.

These guys are absolutely top-notch — and most importantly, honest! Daniel, with his 8 years of HVAC experience, really knows his craft and never cuts corners. You can tell he takes pride in doing the job right every single time.

We recently purchased a house in Florida, after couple days the AC went out we called Arctic because of the ad we saw online and im glad i called them out for service right after giving them a call they gave me a schedule for same day we found our unit was leaking freon, we noticed our unit was 15+ years old there was rust all over the coil, Imtiaz was our tech he provided us all the options we decided to go with unit replacement then he called their office and had the unit ordered for next day and took care of the whole installation next day. Thank you Imtiaz and his team.

Called them late in the morning, and they arrived that afternoon to figure out the problem. The repair was completed first thing the next day. Techs who came to my home was professional, courteous, and respectful of my space. Definitely a service I’d use again! Thank you Omi!
