Above and beyond! I had my system replaced and they did a phenomenal job. They did everything perfect, and very professional. Super impressed, they even fixed a few things on my other unit that they had no obligation to do!

Walter came out right away when my unit failed. He was thorough and honest when he worked on the unit, and fixed it quickly. Price was totally fair and the lady who answers the phone was nice too.

Called the company and told them my heat had stopped working. It was 56 when I got up this morning. My wife and I both have the “plandemic” and they had someone come out within an hour. The Tech, Jeremy, troubleshot my Goodman, figured out it was my gas valve and left to meet another tech to pick up the part. It was replaced same day and fortunately I have heat once again. I’d definitely say that is the definition of good customer service. Will be doing business with them in the future. Thank you Jeremy for a great experience.

Mid Carolina Heating & Air just installed our new Daikin gas pack unit. Nick was very quick & complete with their price quote (same day I called). It was not only less expensive than the others I received but was more comprehensive covering more needs and it was a Daikin with a 12 year parts warranty. Dylan and his crew were very professional and courteous when installing our new unit. They were finished before the inside temperature had dropped very much. And Ryan the owner even came out to check their progress and workmanship. Over all they were great from first call to complete installation and we are confident that we made the right choice with Mid Carolina and Daikin.

I discovered my HVAC system wasn't performing as well as it could, so I scheduled a comprehensive HVAC cleaning. The expert thoroughly cleaned the blower, ducts, and coils, removing years of dust and dirt. Now, the air flows considerably better, and my house stays at a reasonable temperature without requiring frequent modifications. I was particularly astonished by how much cleaner my interior air feels—I no longer wake up feeling congested! Knowing my system is working well provides me confidence that I will not experience any unforeseen breakdowns.

Mid Carolina HVAC came to my rescue I feel. Having shopped other HVAC companies I felt they gave me the best offer and quality. I felt they gave me an HONEST review of my issues and a great remedy. So glad I contacted them.

Asked for explanation of labor being as high as the unit. The explanation given was over head. The website says ( We believe in complete honesty with no upselling). Was hoping for good long business with them but if my gut says somethings not right it usually isnt.

I had an HVAC inspection and maintenance performed because my heat was not working and the tech found that the gas valve had failed. We had it replaced and our system still did not work after he left. It was then repaired after he returned again.

A few months later our heat stopped working again. We had another company come out to inspect and repair our system and they discovered that not only had the tech from Mid-Carolina not performed all of the preventative maintenance we paid for, but also our flue pipe under the house had rusted through and was venting carbon monoxide into our crawl space! This is a safety violation and our furnace should have been shut off until this was repaired.

This was confirmed by 2 other companies who came to give us quotes on new systems.
