Air and Aero was awesome. Our tech made it out promptly and within the arranged time. My A/C is running beautifully now and I really appreciated the professionalism involved with our transaction.

We reached out today as we woke up in the middle of the night with no ac. The company we had used for an install 2 years ago said they didn't have availability for a WEEK. Being in FL in August we decided to call some other options. This company was recommended by a friend of mine and we could not be more grateful. Sean was at our home within 3 hours and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was particularly kind to our young daughter, letting her watch and learn throughout the whole process. We are so thankful to have found such a wonderful company, and plan to use them for all HVAC needs in the future.

Sean and his team have helped us multiple times with our air conditioner. They are always prompt, we receive a text when the technician plans to arrive, they are courteous and knowledgeable. They are the top of the service industry and it is hard to find others who provide quality service like them. It is rare!!! You know what I mean, don't you?! They never pressure you to replace your system, and they do their best to make yours work as long as it can. The best part about them is that when you call, they try to come as soon as possible. Once, I called them at 8am and they were able to come out that morning. When you live in hot hot Florida, it is music to your ears. They are competent, always fix what's wrong, and enjoyable to work with every part of the way. Pricing is fair and competitive!!!

We had our a/c unit replaced this past month by Air & Aero. From start to finish, quote to install, the service was smooth and impeccable. Pricing was competitive as well. Sean and his team are courteous and diligent. The install was clean and well done. The city inspector that came afterward to check off on the work for the permit required asked me who did the work because in 30 plus years in the business, it was one of the best he’d seen! Sean and his team at Air & Aero has helped my husband and I with fixing our AC unit at our older home a few years ago. Sean was amazing! My AC had been out for almost 3 days. I actually had an appointment with a completely different company the day before…, but they never showed up. So I had called Air & Aero the next day. Thankfully they had an opening. Sean arrived on time, ran everything he needed- turns out it was wires that eroded. He replaced, showed me the old wires, took pics of new wires he’d put in along with adding a protective cover. He then worked on my 2nd AC unit & installed new thermostat. Pricing wasn’t super complicated like some companies can be. Great company, super nice & knowledgeable. They will now be my go to!

Called them this morning with an AC that had stopped working overnight, and their scheduler was very polite and efficient. Kevin was the tech that came out and he troubleshot the system and then replaced/fixed the problem immediately with a new part. He checked the rest of the system as well as refrigerant etc, then provided helpful advice on system maintenance and was done before noon.
Kevin was professional and helpful, and we are now chillin' and very appreciative.

Always glad to know Air & Aero is taking care of things. In 2024 this was our review - Air & Aero provides exceptional people and service. I highly recommend! After years of great service I joined their annual maintenance program. Not much more important in Florida than cooling. This is just one of those rare companies whose people and service are outstanding from start to finish. .
