Waterfront installed my tile flooring and the experience was great from start to finish. They were on time, clean, and finished in the time frame they gave me. I get a lot of compliments on the floor when guests come over. Definitely give them a call.

Taylor and his team are second to none. Our “small” bathroom job turned out to be a lot more than we all thought. After Taylor fixed one thing I wanted something else done and one thing led to another and we had a whole new BEAUTIFUL bathroom by the end of it. Not only is their work superb, the customer service is excellent also. They were punctual, gave us accurate timelines and even entertained my 4 year old daughter who was obsessed with them and what they were doing. I’m embarrassed to post pictures of what our bathroom used to look like but the end result makes it worth it. Thanks guys!!!

Had them come and do some work in my condo, they took down the popcorn ceiling, removed all the old flooring and replaced with new vinyl flooring, then took care of the baseboards and painted the house! They were fast, affordable and respectable! I would highly recommend to anyone and have recommend to family.

We had two remodels with Waterfront Construction. A kitchen refresh and new flooring. Then a couple months later we needed a remodel of our Cabana bathroom and laundry room. The quotes were reasonable and fair. On time delivery of quartz for kitchen and helped us pick up the flooring. Our laundry room and bathroom remodel was a breeze. Quotes were fair and timelines were followed. No surprises! Constant communication was key in these remodels. And Waterfront was in constant contact! We highly recommend these Contractors Taylor & Matt !

Highly Recommend! Professional and Efficient Water Damage Repair
We had a stressful situation with a water leak in our ceiling coming from AC lines. After contacting Taylor Lorenzen from Water Construction Group, he quickly assessed the damage and provided a clear and fair estimate. Their team was professional, courteous, and respectful of our home throughout the entire process. They worked efficiently to fix the leak by insulating the AC lines, they replaced the damaged drywall, and perfectly closed up the wall and the ceiling and painted it.
What stood out the most was their communication and flexibility. They worked around our schedule and kept us informed every step of the way. The quality of the finished work is exceptional—you can't even tell there was ever a leak. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and would absolutely hire them again for any future projects. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you are looking to renovate, etc., you will have everything RIGHT HERE. Not only is Taylor extremely professional, but he also goes above and beyond the scope of work. He was able to come to our home on short notice and assist us with finishing our outdoor shower, and we are IN LOVE! Waterfront Construction completely remodeled my kitchen and bathroom, replaced my baseboards and painted the interior of my house. The results are beautiful! Taylor and Matt have formed a great partnership, have long standing employees, and outside contractors. It seems that Taylor not only passed his contractor’s licensing exam but must have memorized every building code etc. Its good to have a team in Florida that’s reliable, experienced, and helpful all the way through the building process! I am hoping to have them come back and remodel my master bathroom. :)
