Michael and Wade did awesome job cleaning and maintaining my 2 AC units! Worth every dollar! Would highly recommend them for any AC repairs and maintenance.

We moved here full time 6 years ago. I am disgusted with the four companies we tried- - annual “ servicing” is a complete joke if you watch them carefully for nothing needs to be done except a 5 second check for dust or mold growing inside the unit ( not the fan outside). For the outside unit the only thing that really matters is if your AC is not producing cold air, if not then you check the outside unit’s level of Freon - - the “ coolant chemical” vital to your AC.

Michael and Vadim were a BREATH of FRESH AIR! Honest, straightforward, took photos with you standing next to them, of your AC unit’s sections that showed mold scaling dust etc for you to see. Michael speaks very good English and worked for Vadim’s AC/ heating HVAC company in Central Russia. He has been here a year. Our 25+ year old condo unit’s AC has now mold scale and their price for taking it apart and thoroughly cleaning all these surfaces of $480 was outstanding! Other companies here and in other states ( we had 4 homes in 4 states) quote MUCH more!

They are also experienced in plumbing and electrical work. They discovered that our hot water valve and cold water lines were shot, ran out for parts and fixed them while putting in a new faucet - - excellent price. We had also called them to rehang a long closet shelving bar combo which had collapsed from age/weight. Again fast excellent price.

In 47 years of marriage and 4 homes, I have been completely responsible for all renovation repair. Michael and Vadim were EXCELLENT!

Our mini-split AC needed a deep cleaning, and Reliable Air did an outstanding job. Wade arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left our system running like new. Professional and thorough service!

We recently had our smart thermostat installed by Reliable Air. Wade was quick, professional, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. The new thermostat works great, and we’re very satisfied!

Michael and his partner did an amazing job with helping us install our mini split. We almost installed ourselves but decided to go with a professional. We put in a request on yelp and within an hour he reached out to us with a quote. He came the next day to check out the job specifics and then offered to come the very next day to complete the job. They even brought materials and brackets to mount the exterior unit to the wall that was it was safe since we are in a flood zone. We are absolutely ecstatic with how the job turned out! They did an amazing job and I will absolutely work again with them in the future. Excited to finally get rid of this window unit!
