I felt bad about it and I call but they were busy and later this lady call back and I explained why I called and she was very nice about the issue and I can recommend this company for a good peoples relationship. Very honest and professional people. They came because I had issues with a GFI and a breaker constantly tripping. They searched and pinpointed the fault, and it turned out it was a faulty extension cord. They were absolutely honest with their findings which I appreciate so much as a woman with no knowledge of electrical systems. I definitely recommend them!

This team is the real deal - quick and easy scheduling, I was able to get a quote with pictures, reasonable pricing, and when I had an emergency issue they responded very quickly and were out the next day to get me up and running. I had an electrical problem with my home on the weekend. I called and left a message, thinking they wouldn't get back to me until Monday when I got voicemail. Barb from Rudisill took time out of her weekend to call and apologize for not being able to come out (they were already booked for other jobs) and was nice enough to refer me to another electrician who could perform emergency service without charging a lot extra because of the timing. So while I cannot speak to the electrical work Rudisill does, I am very happy to say they treat people well and try to do the right thing even when they have nothing to gain. I appreciate that and it makes me want to call them another time should the need arise.
