I called to make an appointment for an appliance issue I was having in my kitchen, and Alex answered the phone and said he had two clients to help first, but he would update me on his time of arrival that afternoon' He texted me twice and said he would be earlier than expected and was on his way. He came in, shook my hand and went to work, checking the wall switches, breakers, boxes and wiring, this guy was like the electric ninja. In less than 15 minutes Alex had traced the problem right back the appliance and said," here's the issue". The neutral wire had backed its way out of the contact screw inside the appliance. I can guarantee that most larger companies would have said I needed new breakers in the main panel, new wire pulled through the wall, or a complete service upgrade. I will spread good words about Alex and his company to my neighbors and friends, please give them a chance to help you too. Thanks, Alex, for helping my family and saving us some money.

Fantastic work. Very pleased with the finished product. They communicated when they were enroute, arrived on-time, and completed the work quickly without any issues. They cleaned up the work area and took the old fans away to dispose of them.

James and Alex are so great to work with. They were very efficient and affordable. They recently helped replace my breaker box and main house breaker on my older home. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and working properly. This was such a relief after having some really bad experiences with other electrical companies when my house flooded. I only wish I had found these guys sooner to avoid the headaches, no shows and over charges from the other company. I would recommend James and Alex over and over without blinking an eye!

My family had a significant electrical issue that just happen to surface on a Sunday (No power to house and sparks from my wall outlets). I called several local electricians and either NO answer or did not work weekends. I finally called Veterans and Alex answered. I explained the issue and my concerns of safety for my family. Alex stated he thought he knew what the issue was from my explanation and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, he was at my home. Alex explained what he thought the issue was and got right to it. After 10 minutes of trouble shooting, Alex isolated the issue. The issue was on the Duke Energy side and Alex assisted me in reporting the outage to Duke Energy. Alex stated he wanted to do a quick inspection of the breaker box. He did, tightened a few wires, made some recommendations, and waited around until Duke showed up. Alex had diagnosed the issue precisely. Very professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgeable. My family has found a new company for our electrical needs and I would recommend Veterans, and Alex to anyone. Oh, and Alex even called back later that evening to make sure the power was back on. Thank you!

We hired Alex to fix some electrical issues left to us by the previous owners at our new house. Alex is punctual and quick to communicate, on top of doing great work at a reasonable price. We ultimately had them back to add some new outlets. They are our go to for any electrician needs and I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable electrician.

He was readily available to help us out with multiple requests, including an EV charger install in the garage, a separate outlet for 220v beer brewing equipment, and an additional outlet in the loft to accommodate a projector. I called Alex to help me install an EV charger 240V outlet in my garage and he was great! Excellent professional results as well as customer service.
