I knew I was on borrowed time with my A/C unit. J&L installed my last one 19 years ago. J&L also installed the unit today. Great professional and knowledgeable crew and company. J&L Air conditioning did an amazing job of taking care of us. Our AC went out Father's day weekend and Lisa picked up on a Saturday night at 9:30pm. So impressed! Mike was out the next morning by 9:00am to check out our system and gave us a recommendation that it was not able to be repaired. We did get a 2nd opinion and they concurred.

After talking to some other friends and (2) other companies we felt that J&L would do the best job AND give us the quality and service we wanted.

We needed it taken care of ASAP and they were able to deliver an install in 48 hours.

Service techs Nick & Shawn did a great job on the install with the oversight of Mike who was our original service tech.

Great job - on time - would definitely give them a 5 star rating!!!!!!!

Awesome experience. They've been taking care of our unit well over 4 years now and have never had an issue. They're super friendly and provide fast service. I would recommend them to anyone needing a trustworthy place to care for their A/C needs. They never push any products or services and are great at explaining how things work so that you know what they're doing at all times.

I have used J and L for several years for the install and maintenance of my HVAC system. I always received prompt and professional service. Whenever there is an issue or concern it is addressed quickly and completely. Mike is our service technician and does an awesome job keeping us up and running and cool in this Florida heat! I couldn't be happier with our decision to go have J&L install our new Air Conditioner/Heat Pump system. We just moved into a 20-year-old home and knew the original AC unit needed to be replaced. Lisa, who answered the phone when I called, was very nice and helpful. She worked with my schedule and got things all set up. A J&L technician, not a sales person, came to our home to assess our situation and make a recommendation. I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and I liked that he had me stay with him during his assessment, unlike some other estimates I received where I was told they would look at everything and let me know. I was most impressed that the technician recognized that the unit that had been in this home was too large, which explains why it was cycling on and off in just 3-4 minutes. On the day of install, technicians Shawn and Nick were also very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate them showing me everything they did once the install was complete. The icing on the cake was the follow-up phone call a week later to see how the unit was working. Thanks J&L for your great service.

J&L is hands down the BEST A/C service in Florida. They have replaced both of my units with no problems. Lisa is awesome, Mike is fantastic, and Shawn and Nick are amazing installers. Any questions you have are answered and explained in depth. They let you see the problem and let you know exactly what they will do to fix it. They take their time on everything. They will not leave you until the work is Perfect!!!! I love this company and they are the ONLY COMPANY I will let touch my A/C. Mike nursed our old units as best he could when money tight, and when he could do no more to save the old ones, he gave the best units for our home. We love all of them and I recommend them to any and everyone who needs A/C service. You can't go wrong with J&L.

Still getting great service from J&L AC! Mike, who came out to do our repair was very professional and does a great job. I been using J&L for many years and their professionalism and service has never changed, it's always been GREAT.

This company has been great to work with. They called and sent a text to provide an update on the appointment and they also provided a picture of the individual (Mike) coming to my home. Mike came and he was very professional and did a thorough inspection of the AC unit. I would gladly recommend this company to others. They were already highly recommended to me by a very good friend.

We needed our air conditioner replaced and a friend recommended J&L Air Conditioning and Heating. Joe came out the same day and provided a couple of options for us. His installation team arrived the next morning to install the HVAC unit. Sean and Wesley arrived on time and were extremely professional. The installation was perfect and the attention to detail was very impressive. It’s not often that you find a company where every interaction is a great experience.
I highly recommend them if you are needing HVAC service or repair/replacement.

Joe the technician arrived as promised, thoroughly looked at the entire situation and we discussed in depth options and short term solutions as well as recommended long term solutions to modernize and upgrade. Problem solved for now. Thrilled to have found an vendor like these folks to use from now on for mechanical HVAC issues. Thrilled. After 18 years of service, our A/C broke down and needed to be replaced. We call J&L on Thursday afternoon and Mike was here the very next day. He was transparent by saying that the old A/C was repairable but for the cost and the age of the unit it was a gamble. Mike provided options and didn't pressure us or pushed a sale, he laid all on the table and allowed us time to decide on our next step. We decided to install a new unit, Lisa guided us through the finance process and made it as simple as possible. Came Tuesday morning, Shawn, Erik and Jacob were here early installing the new unit. They worked efficiently and without delay. Even Mike and Joe dropped by to see that everything was going accordantly and within 4 hours the new unit was up and running. Their dedication to customer service was exceptional and always willing to answer my questions with a smile. We are happy with our choice of product and even more by choosing J&L Air Conditioning. I definitely be recommending them at every chance. The "Big Box" companies are focused on grabbing your money and that's it. J&L is not only about service but it seems that they also want to establish a long lasting business relationship with their customers!

Great service by Mike again this year. Nice having the same technician year after year.

Called them on Saturday at 11am for an issue. Tech Mike was at my place by 11:30am. Diagnosed my issue within minutes and fixed it asap. Highly recommend. Saturday charges were more than fair in my opinion. Will use again.

J&L has serviced and maintained my units for conservatively 15 to 20 years obviously to my complete satisfaction. They are on time, courteous and from a cost perspective very competitive. What I particularly would point out is that they will make recommendations if they find any potential problems but never use any pressure tactics. The customer always has the last word and they are honest and responsive to your needs. Can't say enough about their outstanding and excellent service.

Service was great. Billing system not so great. Reminded me of a car dealership method of billing.

Second time I’ve used J&L. Came out on a Sunday within 30 minutes of calling them. Got me back up and running within an hour. Our tech Wes was courteous and professional. Highly recommend

Mike was courteous, explained everything, and very professional. Was sent a report on all that was checked in our entire HVAC system and the condition. Much more than our last company ever did for our maintenance check! I would recommend their services.
