15 years ago I got a new kitchen and the electrician wired the warming drawer wrong and Famous Tate suggested I call High End Service. That was when I 1st met Jacob. Today he replaced the glass top on our stove. Jacob is such a great technician. I am happy to recommend Jacob and High End Service! Very honest and excellent work.

Tate, the service technician, arrived on time, was very polite, neat, and quickly diagnosed the problem with our Sub Zero refrigerator. Had a new Wolf range installed as part of a kitchen renovation and husband decided to lean on the door causing the hinges to bend/break so that it wouldn’t close all the way. Mike Thibodeau came out and fixed for us. He was on time and extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

The initial call to Ferguson's for service was not great. However, once they put me in contact with High-End Service, everything went much smoother. High-End Service contacted me by email and text. Making the appointment was very simple. I didn't have to wait long for service. Jonathan Perez was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem in seconds and correct the issue. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. He even taught me more about my SubZero Refrigerator. I said great price for the service call because i've owned the refrigerator for 4 years and this is the first time it's been serviced.
