As a business owner, customer service is my #1 importance when hiring a company. Paradise provided service on a day that no one else would, and they did so with dedication to their work. My Mother and Niece went on a short vacation and when they arrived at our condo, the AC was out and it was over 87 inside. I called over 6 other companies and it was like pulling teeth to get any of them out. Paradise came when they said they would, replaced the compete system at the price they promised, and even finished hours before the estimated time.

Lastly, Id like to thank Josh personally. My Mother said he was super helpful, very kind and made sure the new system was explained 100% before he left.

I have been very satisfied with Paradise Air over the past 8-9 years, and today was no exception. Dan, lead tech, came out and fixed a leak on our internal unit (clogged drain), and also cleaned the coils at no additional charge. Dan was very patient and informative, and provided great customer service.

I'll admit I'm always hesitant to let people I don't know, regardless of the business they represent, into my home without me being there. However, after meeting and speaking with Nick, Quy, Darren, and Alex, I felt comfortable with being able to do so. My salesperson John was very personable and great to deal with.
In the end, my Complete duct work and A/C replacement and install was completed quicker than expected, my home was left as clean as it was found, and I'm very happy with my experience.

After seeing a few estimates I have chosen Paradise Air for a new system installation. My decision was not based on price only, I wanted a company I felt comfortable to deal with. Paradise Air seemed to be the friendliest and very professional at the same time. And I was right. They came on time, installation was fast, everything clean and they had time to answer all my question. Both technicians, Darren and Quy were very knowledgable and fun to be with. I strongly recommend Paradise Air for all your needs.

We have owned over 9 personal residences, and several investment properties. Our 'go to' AC guy retired. So we needed to find someone new. We retired from doing investments, moved into a condo, and witnessed some very bad AC installs / repairs / services by different contractors. A client of ours used Paradise Air for a new install, and had nothing but good things to say.. so we took a chance. We called... we need a new AC install.

The exceeded our expectations!! Professional, clean, friendly, never a problem answering my husbands questions (and he has many) or discussing what they are doing and why.

After the install, a part on the condenser went bad (not their fault), and they were out immediately to fix it. The office and sales manager made sure that it was fixed and we were happy.

We are very difficult people to impress. The office, installers, techs.. are the best in the biz!

If you don't use Paradise Air, then you made a bad decision. They are our new 'go to' team!

Darren and Nick did a fabulous job installing our HVAC unit. We are happy with our overall experience of how things came out in the end. The owner Tim was also very keen on listening to our needs and ensuring we received a product and service we signed up for. Highly recommended!

Dan came out on the same day I called, and I was blown away by his friendly and professional service. Showed me exactly how my AC works, explained everything he was doing in detail, and gave me some great tips for maintaining my unit. Can’t thank him enough and will definitely use Paradise Air again.

I've been doing business with Tim and his crew at Paradise Air for years. I have two condos on the beach and the AC units take a beating from the weather and salt air. I have never had a bad experience with any of the techs that have serviced my units. Today Jason was my tech...he was prompt and called/texted me about 30 to his arrival. He was thorough and when he was through, he went through the invoice line by line and explained all the services and charges. I just renewed by yearly contract with Paradise and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We noticed the AC drain was backing up. Called Paradise and made an appointment. Their technician Dan was on time and notified us when he was ten minutes out. Upon arrival he went directly to work. Dan was very professional and courteous. Dan checked the system, signed us up for future check up to make sure the system stays in good shape. He also repaired the clogged drain and cleaned the unit. A great experience.

Dan came to our property after another company had serviced 2 weeks prior... the other company didn’t do a complete job which created floor damage. Dan came in checked the system completely. Did the job correctly with a guarantee. He was extremely professional, explained everything he was doing and made me feel very comfortable that the problem is fixed. I would highly recommend Paradise Air and will be using them for future properties.

Our air went out Thursday night *Sept 26th) around 11:00 p.m. The next morning at 8:00 a.m. my husband walked into their office to see if he could schedule and appointment for someone to come out to look at our air conditioner. They were going to squeeze us in that afternoon. Later that morning we changed our minds on having it repaired (unit was 15 years old) and decided to get funding and have a new unit installed, so we arranged to have a sales man come and give us an estimate instead. We received three estimates from their sales rep, John. We chose the unit we wanted, he immediately got on the phone, ordered the product and got the ball rolling. Because we have 7 year old twins, Darren and Bobby volunteered to work on their day off (Saturday) to install our new unit. They arrived bright and early this morning with a smile on their face. Darren and Bobby were professional, kind, and did an amazing job!!!! Their work was "pretty" and top notch. The employees of Paradise Air are honest, compassionate, and will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy, and that the job is done right. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice of having Paradise Air do our install. I will forever refer them to family and friends.

Paradise Air was very competitive in their new HVAC pricing; of the 8 different companies i had provide estimates, no one else offered a 2yr Labor warranty. To me, that said they were confident in their technician's ability to do their jobs well.
The folks I dealt with, from their office staff, John in sales, to their field techs Nick & Stan; were friendly, professional, and very patient with all my questions. I appreciate that they conducted themselves in a polite and professional manner, I didn't hear a foul word among any of them...which is very refreshing.

Paradise Air, Inc. performs routine maintenance (tune-up) for our AC. Omar was very professional (as always), very polite and provided us with some good advice. We have Paradise Air servicing our condo for years. They are good in what they do. We trust their honesty and their advice. Paradise DOESN'T "find problems where they don't exist", they do what they have to do in order to have our AC working well and for a long time. Our AC is getting to the end of its life, but it's still running well.

We called Paradise Air on a Thursday to inquire about estimates for a new central air system and we were able to have someone come out the same day to give a quote. What was even better they were able to send Darren & Josh out the next day to do the work. The service was exceptional and they were both knowledgeable and professional. I will most certainly refer Paradise Air. My mother was at our residence while work was being done and she is the one of the toughest critics in Pinellas County and she thought they were amazing. Thank you very much Paradise Air Inc for being a reliable, professional, and customer service oriented company. We really do appreciate it. 😊

I talked to a Paradise Air receptionist on a Saturday regarding my AC unit and she was extremely helpful right away. I received a phone call shortly after from John Walsh. We discussed my issues and I decided I needed a new unit and requested an appointment for first thing Monday morning. Darren and Josh promptly arrived and did an outstanding job installing a new AC unit!! Both Darren and Josh were very professional and knowledgeable as they answered all my questions about my old unit and my new one. They were so patient, friendly and helpful as they thoroughly explained the new unit to me. I am extremely pleased with the awesome job they did and highly recommend Paradise Air.

We had a new system installed by Paradise Air and were extremely happy with their service. The technicians were on time, polite and friendly. Their work was neat and clean and they took the time to explain how to operate the new system. Paradise Air was recommended to us by a friend, and I would recommend them. The price they quoted us was what we paid and it was lower then another companies quote.

Tim and his crew are amazing. I have been using their services for many years. When our AC unit went out in our condo, called Paradise Air and they had one installed in no time. When we moved to our new home and the AC had an issue over Easter weekend, Tim personally came out to handle the issue. Have been having Paradise Air maintain our unit ever since. Paradise Air was $200 less expensive than other companies selling the same budget system. Within a few days of getting a quote, they completed the installation of new condenser and air handler and removed old units, along with heavy concrete pad. They showed up at 8 am and finished cleaning the completed work site by 2 pm. Alex and Bobby were courteous, clean and efficient. I definitely recommend to any one needing a new system or service.

Dan from paradise air showed up early and got right to work. He was very helpful in explaining the issue and made some great recommendations to help improve efficiency. I asked for an additional install of some ducting and he quoted me a great price and was able to schedule a next day appointment. Great attitude, customer service, and work!

We called Paradise to install a new hvac system and the experience was excellent. Tim was great to work with- he explained all our options in detail and answered all our questions. Nick and Darren installed our system and were very professional, extremely respectful of our property and went the extra mile to complete the job. They also answered all our questions and thoroughly explained the operation of the new equipment. We plan to have them do the annual maintenance on our system going forward.

My wife and I had a routine maintenance done on our A/C system today by Dan Eaton from Paradise Air. He was right on time, very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. He did notice a small issue with one of the condenser parts that he was able to accurately and quickly diagnose and repair. All of my experiences with Paradise Air beginning with our initial contact through a friend referral, our meeting to discuss our A/C equipment options and needs, the whole system replacement, previous check-ups and the one today have been a refreshing change from the usual. The people I've spoken to and met in person with Paradise Air have given my wife and I the type of business/customer experience that most people would like to have in today's society, but unfortunately seldom get. If you're looking for an A/C company that you would most likely refer to your friends because you had such a great experience, based on my dealings with them I feel that Paradise Air should definitely be towards the top of your list.
