A/C STOPPED WORKING AT OFFICE. CALLED THE A/C COMPANY WE HAVE MAINTENANCE WITH TWICE. NO ANSWER. CALLED SUN UP AND WITHIN 2 HRS A/C WAS REPAIRED WITH COMPLETE EXPLANATION AS TO PROBLEM. SIGNED NEW CONTRACT WITH SUNUP. SERVICE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED. NEXT STEP IS TO SIGN UP HOME A/C FOR SERVICE.

I had two new units installed by Sun Up Services. I am so grateful I ended up using this company as their management and employees I have dealt with are top notch and such a pleasure to work with. After calling over 5 places to see about same day service for the sudden death of our AC unit, we finally found Sun Up Services who could come out same day. Nick and Ethan arrived within the expected timeframe and diligently worked to figure out why our AC unit stopped working. Eventually they discovered a burned high voltage plug and replaced it for us, saving us from a potential fire hazard and death by heat stroke, for an affordable price!! And they were both extremely kind and knowledgeable throughout the process. We highly recommend Sun Up Services to anyone who needs urgent or regular AC work!

Although our specific warranty program did not include Sun Up they were so helpful in helping us find other companies but also just incredibly professional and kind.
I wish they were in our program it would be nice to hear a positive and helpful person on the other end of the line.

We had our air ducts placed about a year ago by a different company. When we discovered that we had issues with the ducts, we contacted the company that performed the job, but unfortunately we received terrible customer service. We knew that we had to go with a different company to get the job done correctly and in the timely manner.

Sun up Services was recommended by a friend. Shawn came out to assess the work that needed to be done. He provided a detailed estimate. He gave us options and described the pros and cons of each option. The installers were knowledgeable, hardworking, and professional. On the installation day, Shawn personally came out to oversee the work. We also appreciated the ease of communication with the office. It’s evident that this company takes pride in their work and strives to provide the best quality service.

Fast, Friendly, Local, Honest

I made a call after AC stopped working. Less than 2 hours later they were at my door. Tony, my technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed our issue and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. Outside fan motor had died. There were no up-charges or hidden fees. Thank you to the superb office manager and to you Tony.

Once again, Ethan did a PHENOMENAL job today during my semi-annual HVAC preventative maintenance visit.

I give this company 5+ stars. Another company tried to take advantage of us to the tune of over 7 grand. Nick P was terrific. He assessed our AC unit and took the time to explain what he was doing and figured out the problem which was a simple fix. He was very professional, polite and answered our questions to our satisfaction. We now have a new AC company we can trust. I highly recommend Sun Up Services.

ETHAN, NICK, MATT, and NATE arrived promptly, quickly diagnosing the issue with my old unit. They clearly explained the problem and provided an honest evaluation, helping me decide whether to repair the compressor or replace the entire system.

They recommended replacing the compressor, and even when the first new compressor turned out to be faulty, they didn’t stop there. The team went above and beyond, troubleshooting to identify the root cause and immediately installing a second compressor. Their persistence and commitment to quality were truly impressive.

Wish to thank you for the prompt service needed on Memorial day when the motor went out on the AC inside temperature went up to 83 degrees for elderly parents. I recently bought a dryer and discovered my vent was not up to code, so I reached out to Sun Up Services. Ethan and Nick installed a new vent system in my wall, hooked up the dryer, and made sure everything was running and venting properly. Good service and communication!

Fan will not stop blowing. While it is debatable whether it's possible to replace an automatic modulator (which is often referring to the control module for a variable-speed ECM blower motor) on a Carrier 3-ton air handler, vendor choose to replace entire motor with built in module unit. More expensive option but definitely fixed the problem. $1151 after 10% membership and 5% military discount. Amazon price for motor with module unit is $900 to $1,013 so overall cost benefit analysis is good. Timely same day response (annual maintenance membership) and knowledgeable and effective repair. After first 24 hours, system seems to be running fine and much, much quieter. First utility bill will be the proof in the pudding.

When my AC went out again, Ethan at Sun Up came out after 10pm and a very long day in heat at 100 degrees, successfully diagnosed my unit, replaced the defective part and had me up and running within the hour. My thanks to the tech and to the gracious lady who took the call - not an answering service !

I had an excellent experience with the staff from Sun Up Services! Nick was assigned to the job and from the getgo, he was so helpful and thorough. He also took his time explaining the process and issue. I would highly recommend anyone from Sun-Up services. You can tell they take pride providing quality service.

A/C was not blowing hot air. Very easy to make an appointment with Celeste. The technician, Hunter, was able to stop by an hour earlier than originally scheduled. He called ahead of time to let me know he’d be early. He quickly found the issue and fixed it on the spot. He also noticed a few filters that were dirty and helped me change them out. Hunter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great service!

I have used other AC services in the past, however Sun Up Services has provided the best service and overall customer experience of them all. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable, and while any AC repair or service tends to be expensive, to me, their pricing is fair and reasonable. Their technician Nick, is especially skilled, and quickly diagnosed the issue and provided reasonable options. Everything is explained clearly upfront and there are no surprises. I decided to sign on for their annual service membership, which includes 2 semi-annual preventative maintenance visits, 1 free service call, and 10% discount on labor and materials. This was especially helpful, as when I needed them recently, it was on a Friday at 5:30pm. I called, and the receptionist who answered the phone was courteous and friendly. I requested the tech call me back prior to arrival, so I could describe the issue and get and idea of what we were looking at in both time and expense (This is where most of the other AC companies can really get you, as you are at their mercy as you feel the temperature rise in your home on a hot August day). She said the arrival window was between 6-8pm. As promised, Nick called at 7:10pm and after a brief discussion was at the house very shortly after. Nick is a hard worker who obviously cares about his customers and their business. He quickly fixed the issue, and by joining the membership, was able to negate the $125 after hours fee, and also provide the 10% discount on labor and materials. In a time when as a homeowner, it can be difficult to navigate who's for real and who's not, I can tell you that Nick and Sun Up Services are the real deal, and I would highly recommend them to help you should you have an problem with your AC system.

The installer as well.as office staff have provided excellent service. Professionalism and courtesy was exemplary.
