Supreme was great! Bill was reasonable and Pandi had my a/c running in 15 min! After getting back running he cleaned my system and added a UV light! Now compared to the contractor the day before leaving me without a/c and kept pushing a new 12K new system. Pandi is a smart , efficient and honest person. There office gave me an additional discount on top of great pricing. From a condemned system the day before by a bad contractor to cleaned and running like new system today , I will always call Supreme for my heating and cooling needs!
Try them yourself after you get an estimate from another contractor first and you will see the difference and be very satisfied!

Supreme Air & Heat were the only company that I found late in the evening that were willing to come out to my home to service my A/C system on a hot night and during a weekend. Pandi, the A/C technician, was so great and knowledgeable with an excellent attitude towards us, the customer. Pandi was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable and even gave us advice and tips on our HVAC. In the end, I ended signing up for their annual maintenance plan based off the experience! Hopefully we won’t need Pandi’s services often, but if we do, I know we’re in good hands. 👍

We had Supreme Air & Heat come to fix our air conditioner. We have had the same problem for 3 years. We always thought we just weren’t doing a well enough job. There was, on many occasions, water that would be dripping on the floor. We found out there should never be water on the floor. No other air conditioning company ever told us that. It had to do with the original installation.

This company is incredible showed up early which I was so thankful for my house was 85 and my kids and I didn’t sleep much because of the heat when Pandi arrived it was storming like crazy he got to work when it was safe to and had me up and running shortly afterwards.Pandi the tech was honest and did a very professional job he was very nice to deal with thanks Pandi!! Pandi did a careful analysis of why my unit wasn’t working and diagnosed other troublesome issues including a nearly clogged drain that would have caused problems sooner rather than later. Importantly, he gave me options including the option to pause and get price comparisons. He was professional, fast, and knowledgeable.

During this heatwave with the temps over 90 degrees in May my AC decided to take a break. If I would’ve called Supreme first it would have been fixed within an hour. I called another company and waited for over 7 hours, finally giving up after my 3rd call to them checking to see when they’d be out or if they’d forgotten us. I called Supreme at 7:40pm sounding desperate and worried and maybe a little crazy. Not only did he have someone at my house within a half hour, it was fixed within an hour. The bill was FAR LESS than I’d even dreamed of. Don’t call the place with “hour” in their name because they came up first on google search, call Supreme. My husband couldn’t say enough about the absolute rock star that showed up and took care of the issue and charged us a fair price. They turned an awful experience into a problem quickly solved. There are still companies with integrity out there and this is one of them.

They were able to come out and fix my A/C on Saturday, late in the afternoon. My house was 90°F & I couldn’t find anyone else who could come that evening to get it fixed. My pets & I were thankful to only have to tolerate the heat for a couple of hours before they arrived.

Everything was great! From the person who answered the phone to the actual repair. Osli, the technician, did an awesome job! He's very professional and performed the job quick!

When our ac stopped working and the temp in the house hit almost 90 degrees in June, we contacted our home warranty company, they scheduled a company who failed to show. We then messaged Supreme Air & Heat. Supreme called us back in less than 10 minutes and scheduled a tech for first thing (0800-1000) the next day.
Our tech arrived at about 0830. He was professional, friendly, and thorough. He diagnosed the problems in about 15 minutes and got to work on repairing the system and explained what he was doing and why.
After two hours of work our ac system is running like new and the temperature is dropping fast.
We will set up regular annual maintenance with Supreme Air & Heat and we will recommend them to anyone having ac problems.

We had an issue with our AC and called Supreme Air & Heat at 930pm on Sunday night. Olsi showed up at 10:15 and had it fixed in less than an hour!! We could not be happier with the service we received and will call them again if we need and help with our AC.

Great experience with Supreme Air & Heat. My AC stopped working overnight and they were able to come out same day to fix the problem. Pandi was very knowledgeable and friendly. My initial problem was fixed quickly and efficiently. A few days later on a holiday weekend, my AC made a strange sound and Pandi was at my house by 8am on a holiday. Highly recommend!

I am SO happy with the service from Pandi at Supreme Air. He came at exactly the time I was told and was very straight forward. He showed me the issues I was having with my air conditioner, took pictures and explained what needed to be done to fix the problems. He is very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills.
