Steve does excellent work. I had him pressure wash and mildewcide my tile roof and driveway and they came out so clean and bright. I was very impressed. Not to mention he’s very timely, very cautious, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him!!

I would recommend this business for tile roof cleaning. Steve cleaned my roof, sidewalks and driveway. He was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and finished the job as promised. His fee was reasonable. The work was well done, it all looks new again.

I’m a homeowner with a tile roof. It needed cleaning from mildew. Steve answered my call right away, asked all the right questions, gave my a very fair price, and was at my door two hours later! Within two hours start to finish, I had a beautiful shiny roof and adjacent areas that needed cleaning. Steve did a soft wash. No noise from a pressure washer

I hired Steve at Modern Curbside Appeal to soft wash my tile roof. He arrived on time, did an excellent job (the roof looks new), and cleaned up after himself. He's a nice guy and does a great job. Don't hesitate to hire him.

Steve with Modern Curbside Appeal performed a "soft wash" tile roof cleaning at my home this week. The results were great - roof looked like new. To be honest you might be a bit reluctant to hire Modern. Steve is a bit older and a one-man shop. However, he did everything he said he was going to do, cleaned up the place before leaving, and circled back to make sure I was happy. Go for it, your roof and neighbors will thank you.
