Skywater Restoration dba Skywater On-Call Restoration gave me an estimate of over $6,800 for mold remediation after only a "visual assessment" of my business restroom. I had Chester Whittaker, the owner of Florida Mold Testing Expert W FL, examine the restroom and he took samples to be tested. The independent lab that analyzed them reported that there was absolutely no mold present. Don't ask a mold remediation company to determine if you have mold. Hire an independent expert who will test and prove if you do.
