My ac went down Saturday 8:30 pm, they got here in 10 minutes. Totally reasonable pricing and honest ( which you don’t often find in this industry ) . Will be using them for all my properties

Unique Air did a great job replacing my complete AC system in my condo. They replaced both the outside AC compressor and the inside air handler. Excellent job!!! Keep up the good work.

Mr. Hines and I go back 30 years. I am the oldest licensed AC contractor in Florida (CAC013320) and qualified Sears from 1979 til 2005. Hines was my go to guy and he is the most knowledgeaable ACcontractor in the area. Cant go wrong with Norritt.

I own a modest 2 bedroom home here Ft. Lauderdale. I have one central A/C unit which has given me some issues over the last three years. Initially I did not have an AC guy I trusted or had ever used before. I found Unique Air Conditioning in a Google search. When Hines showed up and looked at my unit he could have told me it needed to be replaced. I wouldn’t have known any better. He didn’t do that. Instead of the worst news, it was minor and fixed. That’s who Hines and Unique are. They have integrity. My wife and I decided to put two splits in, one for each bedroom. I got many estimates. All but one were completely ridiculous. That one was Unique Air Conditioning. They got the job and did a perfect and professional installation. No issues. In 18 months I have had trouble free use. If you want to be treated fairly at a fair price knowing you can trust the company call Hines at Unique Air Conditioning. If you want to take your chances elsewhere it is a mistake. Unique Air is the only company I’ll use for my Air Conditioning needs.

Unique Air has been servicing my a/c for almost 7 years. They are extremely reliable, very affordable and provide excellent service. No matter what issues I'm having, if I need them to come out and take a look at the a/c, they are there same day or the next day. Customer service is also top notch from the owner through the techs.
