Impressive attention to detail and efficiency!

We had been having issues with a brand new unit that we purchased from another AC company. We had made several calls to them but they never responded! We called Pearson Heating & Cooling to see if they could fix our unit. We could not have been happier with the outcome.

We called these guys to do a tune-up on our AC units. They did an excellent job.They were very knowledgeable and explained to us everything they did and answered all of our questions. They were very professional and friendly.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

George shows when he says he would and does what he says. He also goes through the trouble of explaining exactly what is wrong and will go into as much detail as needed so that the customer can make an educated decision about what to do. George was very personable, helpful and responsive. It is so nice to have a reliable HVAC company that is also priced right.

Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. has never lost sight that caring about the customer is what makes these folks great. George will make suggestions but never has there been a hard sell. He gives you the pros and cons and lets you decide. I would not think of switching to another HVAC company.

It's always a pleasure to interact with a service person who makes you feel like they appreciate your business unlike some businesses who act like they are doing you a big favor just showing up at your house.
