Gomez contractors are amazing to work with! They completely exceeded our expectations and are not only extremely nice and detail oriented, they are HONEST. Simon and his team are superb and we will definitely be working with them on future remodels.

Gomez Contractors recently complete the renovation of our kitchen in Heathrow. Simon and his subs were all very professional and we are pleased with the results !. We found them to be professional, attentive to detail and responsive. We would definitely recommend them for home improvement projects .

We most recently hired Gomez contractors to remove old tile and put travertine down on our back patio. I could not be more impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism. They by far exceeded my expectations. The workers were respectful of my home, showed up as promised, and take pride in their work. I can't recommend them enough. Gomez Contractors has completed many projects in our new home; from a full on guest-house kitchen remodel to the creation of interior walls, painting and many more projects. They are second-to-none. If you are considering any other construction company for your projects, you're doing yourself a disservice. Gomez Contractors are efficient and produce A1 work. We had our kitchen completely re-built and it looks amazing. We were able to add flooring, painting and removal of pop corn ceiling in the whole house to our budget. Simon and his team are excellent and we would definitely re-hire for future projects.

The team at Gomez Contractors saved our home remodel project last October!! My wife and I had a terrible experience with a contractor out of Lake County who bit off way more than they chew. Tony, the owner, and Project Manager, Simon, came out quickly after we contacted them on social media. We initially hired them to come in and remodel our poorly crafted tile work. They set the bar high and immediately jumped over it with excellent customer service, high level of communication and incredible craftsmanship. Their work is very fairly priced for the amazing final product they are able to create. After the tile work was completed we hired them to design and install an interior barn door and a show stopping mantle for our fireplace. Since then, their team has re roofed our house complete with new soffits, fascia and seamless gutter systems. I highly recommend Tony, Simon and the entire team at Gomez Contractors for your next project!

We used Gomez Contractors for installation of wood flooring throughout our home. They were prompt, straightforward, and fair in their process of providing an estimate for the project. Every component of the project was truly as good as one could want. Each crew was prompt, professional, and delivered a perfectionist approach to their work. Simon is knowledgeable, professional and kind. He brought Tony, who would manage the project, for a walkthrough for final estimate. Tony was the best! He was prompt, trustworthy, professional, and always available to discuss the project. He honestly is so knowledgeable and willing to explain all aspects of the work being performed. He and his crew went "above and beyond" when a hurricane interrupted the work schedule, making sure everything about our home and their disposal dumpster were secured. After the storm passed, they were diligent to maintain their schedule and level of quality of work. They prepared the home for demolition, removed the old flooring and baseboards, prepared the subfloor for installation, installed a gorgeous new floor, new baseboards, stained stair treads and banister to match perfectly, painted stair risers, baseboards, and any wall touch-ups needed. While preparing the home for "demo," they carefully taped off all uninvolved rooms where we had home decor stored and kept the dust out completely! It was impressive. Overall, Gomez Contractors were excellent. Simon came in and said what he would do, and then he did what he said! He maintained his timeline and upheld our contract with complete integrity. After completion, he promptly followed up, checked on our satisfaction, and then took the time to show his appreciation for us as his client. I would highly recommend this company for any home improvements.

We used Gomez Contractors for the exterior painting of our home. Simon and his team were professional, friendly, patient and did a great job! I would definitely recommend them and hope to use them again for some upcoming renovation projects.

The team at Gomez Contractors are very responsive and helpful through the entire renovation process. We renovated our kitchen, primary bathroom, and second bathroom and they took care to make sure it was done correctly, on time, and on budget. Gomez Contractors did a great job. We purchased a home that was 20 years old and many different colors of paint. Simone did a bid before we purchased and his team was painting the home in a week after purchase. Their team did a great job. Attention to detail. Any little drip or edging we wanted a little better, they did it right away. I would highly recommend this company for your painting needs. They started at 8 am every evening and were done typically by 6 pm. Always cleaned up all during the day and left the home in great shape every night. 5 stars all the way!!

I am now looking at additional work in our home for them.

We had our master bathroom completely remodeled and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Gomez Contractors did a great remodeling job in our house. They were entrusted with changing tiles throughout our first floor and staircase, changing baseboard, installing backsplash in kitchen, re-doing our powder room, changing all the indoor doors, and installing new front and patio doors and they came through with flying colors.
The overall cost was reasonable and their follow-up after the job in case of any questions or concerns were prompt. Overall, we are quite pleased with the work they performed!!!

We recently used Gomez Contractors to create a 2nd master bedroom which involved removing a wall between two smaller rooms. Simon and his team did a wonderful job. They were responsive, detail oriented and efficient. The work was done much sooner than expected and looks fantastic. Simon Gomez and his crew have been ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL to work with!! From the moment that Simon came to my home and gave me ideas for my kitchen remodel, I knew I found the perfect contractor. (Yes, there really is such a thing as a "perfect contractor"!!) He was very thorough, patient with me, and honest through the ENTIRE process. There were no delays (yes, you read that correctly), the workmanship was IMPECCABLE, and even the cost was more than fair!! His cabinet crew, countertop crew, plumbing crew, drywall crew, tile crew, & even his clean-up crew, have been extremely courteous and a true pleasure to work with!
