I have had the pleasure of working with B & G since the mid 80"s. They have installed at least six air conditioners for my rental properties as well as for my home. Their service response time is excellent and they are knowledgeable and efficient. I wish all of the contractors I have interacted with over the years were as much a pleasure to work with as they are.

Glenn came out and was able to quickly diagnose and fix a poorly functioning A/C. He was very professional and was an overall great guy. Highly recommend!

Great company. I called for service and told the person on the phone what the issue on my HVAC was, and he told me to check the safety switch and make sure it is not filled with water. I checked it, emptied it, and now my HVAC is working. Instead of praying on my ignorance in HVAC knowledge and making a quick $100, I was basically told on the phone how to get my HVAC to work again.

B&G - Courteous, Professional, Prompt, Honest and Clean. What more can you ask of any service oriented company? They are everything you are looking for in Heating an Air, period.

We had a new A/C unit installed and they were excellent from beginning to end. Very competitive pricing and great service. Great follow through and they always answer the phone. I would highly recommend them and will use them again!

Recommend to everyone. Called in the morning and had the air conditioner working by 1:pm. Jake was on time, knowledgeable and very professional. Will definitely use them in the future.

They were quick to send someone out even though it wasn't an emergency. The service tech was on time, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining AC efficiencies and tips. Will definitely continue using them and referring them to others.

Glenn and Terry are lifesavers! Not only are they great at what they do, but they also provide a level of service and commitment to quality you don't see much anymore. They came out on Easter Sunday and rescued us from the heat!

I had an issue where my A/C unit was leaking. They were able to fit me in for same day service. The tech was really knowledgeable and respectful. I appreciate the time he took to explain everything he was doing every step of the way.

I have been a customer of B&G Air going on 15 years and have found Glen and his team to be straightforward and reliable . Their pricing is competitive, they do good work, they stand behind their product and are there when you need them.

I called and spoke to Glen at 8:15 in the morning and he was at my house by 2:30 same afternoon. He made a temporary fix to get the unit cooling again until he can get the correct part to complete the repair. He and his son were very kind and worked quickly so that we could have some cool air in the house!! Thank you for your great response!

We've used B&G for many years and trust their expertise and ability. They are fast , dependable and very friendly. They install the best equipment and keep it running. I would recommend B&G to anyone.

Came out super early today and fixed our air! Jacob was so awesome, he knew exactly what needed to be done and we are so thankful.

My air went out because of the it being clogged due to filtration, Jacob came out again and fixed it right away! He even let my 2 year old son help him do it and he loved it. So thoughtful and even showed me a few things I can personally do to maintain the air. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Jacob. Thank you!

We started using this company around 7 years ago. They are by far the best company I have ever done business with. They are legit experts! Although they arrive when expected, they didn't charge as expected. Twice since we started using them they didn't even charge us for the service call as it was a quick fix or they just showed me what the issue was so I wouldnt need to call the next time it happened. One of the best things about them was they take the time to actually talk to you to explain the issue and what our options are and why!

Recently replaced out 17 year old residential system with their most efficient HVAC package. They did all the paperwork to facilitate our $600.00 dollar rebate from Duke Energy. Experienced mechanics trained on the newest innovations plus excellent customer service. We love our variable speed compressor, variable speed air handler and smart thermostat.

Excellent job. They came in to replace my inside and outside unit. They left the place cleaner than when they got there. There were some old water pipes that were hooked up to the unit and they cleared them out of the attic. They removed the old units and left me attic cleaner than when they went up there. They took all day to complete the install, but when I saw how good of a job was done I was pleased that they took the time to do it right. They also installed a really cool wifi thermostat so that I can control the air while on vacation. Great job for a reasonable price.

My air wasn't keeping up with high temperatures so they came out right away and added freon. Next day it was still hot so I called them. They were out in no time, seems there was also an issue with the wiring. They refused to charge me for the second call even though the wiring issue had nothing to do with them and the unit had been low on freon when they first came out. Very nice family owned business. Friendly and professional.

I have had three AC units replaced in three different homes by B & G. They do a fantastic job, respond promptly, solve problems economically, and provide sound advice. When my air stopped working in the middle of July, Glenn was at my house the next afternoon to assess the issue. My 22 year-old system had been holding on for the last few years thanks to B&G's previous fixes, but I knew this time it needed to be replaced. He had workers and a new unit on site by 8AM the next morning. He even ordered a WiFi-enabled thermostat for me without having to renegotiate price. He knew from my occupation that I would like that, and I am very happy with the whole experience. His workers are also master carpenters, which is important for having a clean-looking integration of the system with the home.
