My A/C went out and I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with several companies in order to get quotes. Then I called Energy Masters and everything changed. The owner of the company was great. He was honest, and fair. Their prices were reasonable, they were on time and extremely helpful. I would recommend Energy Masters to anyone.

If you need an incredibly honest AC guy in Florida call these guys. They didn’t pressure me to upsell. Very friendly and did the job very fast and for 1/3 the price for what others were offering. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I was stressing about getting my AC replaced in my house and they put my heart at ease.

Our AC unit failed in the Central Florida August heat, Energy Masters responded immediately to our call and during this high demand for units time of the year, had a new unit installed within days of failure. They were prompt, responsive and just did A+ quality work! A job done right is so hard to find, but Energy Masters surpassed our expectations.

I live in a Mobile Home and I needed all new AC-DC duct work replaced. I am so happy I chose Energy Masters to do the work. Sam is extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job. He is courteos, thoughtful and honest. Qualities hard to find these days. Thank You So Much Sam and a shout out to your son's who also worked so hard to get my home cool again.

I have been using Jesse @Energy Masters Air for many years. I just cannot say enough about him… He is very polite, very knowledgeable, explains everything thoroughly, absolutely comes on time, lets you know when he’s 10 minutes out, and does an outstanding job in every way. I hope he stays in the Orlando area as long as I do because I cannot imagine using anyone else for my Air-conditioning needs. If you call this excellent company be sure to request Jesse.

These folks are awesome. They're very responsive and professional. During service visits they will offer you tips to keep your unit running efficiently, which may help you avoid future problems. When you schedule a service call, their techs will keep you aware of their pending arrival time, then quickly determine the problem and provide you with a cost estimate, which I think have been reasonable. They are a very friendly and helpful team of office personnel and techs, including the business owner Sam.

My air conditioner stopped blow cool air late night the day before yesterday. I called Energy Masters yesterday morning. They came to fixed it afternoon.
The person is nice, and professional. The price is good.
I will definitely recommend their service.

Sam and Garret were absolutely diligent and knowledgeable about the services being provided. They had constant updates and progress status available upon request.

Energy Masters AC installed my AC unit 5 years ago for a very good price. They been servicing it ever since.

Today Russell came out to service the unit to replace the UV bulb and check why it was taking a little while to cool. He determined the issue quickly and added coolant. He also did a thorough inspection and taught me several DIY tips to help maintain the unit. Russell was very professional and friendly. It was great to have a technician that was so knowledgeable with over 15 years experience.

Energy Masters AC will be the only company that I will be using to service my AC. If you need AC servicing or a new AC, I would highly recommend this company and their technician, Russell.

Great experience with Energy Masters! On Saturday late afternoon, my a/c froze up and stopped working. I have used numerous other companies over the past 7 yrs and was not happy with many of them, so, I reached out and called Energy Masters! The a/c technician, Jesse promptly responded and was polite and professional. He diagnosed the issue and advised that unfortunately the part had to be picked up on Monday (since they were closed). Jesse called and arranged to pick up my part and get the new part installed asap. On Monday, I had cold air before noon!

Energy Masters Air cleaned our 2 A/C Handler coils in our commercial location and both looked new after cleaning. The service techs were timely, friendly, efficient, and what I would call minimalists in terms of recommending new parts. They were able to restore 2 pre-existing A/C units and I am confident that with regular preventive maintenance (changing the air filters) will last us for many years to come.Would highly recommend for both commercial and residential use!!!

So happy with Energy Masters. I have had problems with my AC for over a year. They fixed it and kept it going but explained what was happening with my unit and that it would need to be replaced soon. Them fixing it gave me the buffer I needed to save money to purchase in cash. The technicians were trustworthy, friendly, and educated on the system and we’re able to answer all my questions. I will never use another company as I have so much trust in this one. Thank you Sam so much guys for taking care of me.

My AC system finally gave out after 15 years. The people at Energy Masters Air took care of me during a tough situation and were professional, caring, and honest throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend their services to anyone in Central Florida.

5 stars does not come close to the expertise & honesty Energy Masters offers. I have used them over the years & more times then not, simple inexpensive repairs were done. No sales pitches for expensive unneeded replacements. They are a family owned & operated, they treat you as if you are family. Can recommend them higher.

We have been though many AC companies in the past 30 years and never found the right fit for servicing our system at our home and office. We've been using Energy Masters for the past 1 1/2 years at both properties and the're always on time and have great people that work in their office making appointments. With our busy schedule having a trustworthy company with great communication and service makes all the difference in the world to us. They responded quickly to my call and had the AC in our gym up and running within an hour of opening the following day. The gentleman that came out to service the unit was very polite and helpful, going out of his way and exceeded my expectations. We have been using Energy Master Air in Longwood for about 20 years for both our business and home HVAC equipment needs. This included purchases and repairs. Sam, the Owner along with his team has always quick to take my call 24/7 and promptly resolve any emergencies for us. We have purchased all our equipment from him and his prices have always been very competitive. We would highly recommend Sam and his company to any one needing any type of air conditioning or heating equipment or needing any types of repairs.

I have a home warranty service and started calling in January to get our A/C unit repaired. They sent several companies out whose recommendations costs me several thousand dollars and the unit still did not work. After giving up on my warranty company, I called Energy Masters Air who knew how to diagnose the problem and got my unit working like a charm. I wish I had known about them before investing in the suggestions of other companies who obviously could not repair my unit. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite.
