Extremely professional and personable. Explained everything and didn’t treat me like I was just a customer. Made me feel comfortable with the service and explained everything to me. The two technicians Juan from Saturday and Max from today were absolutely personable and they showed that they cared. Also your company as a whole is just great down from the call center to the techs and service. I thank you all very much.

Max Alas arrived for out 6 month service on schedule. He performed the service as required and made some valid suggestions to upgrade our system. We had him check a Halo that was about 3 years old and it was found defective. At Max's suggestion a similar new unit was installed. In addition, Max suggested we install an electrostatic filter on our system and that filter device has been ordered to be installed on arrival. We feel Max did a great job and have requested him for future work on our system.

I did a google search for a local plumber because I had a fairly simple non-emergency job that I figured any plumber could handle. The first two plumbing companies i tried could not come out for almost a week. I am so glad that i called United States Heating and AC company. They advertised that they handled plumbing jobs and the service professional came to my house within a few hours. I needed a new water pipe valve installed for a toilet, a seal for the flapper and replacement parts for the tank. I was extremely impressed with Andrew F., my plumbing professional. He did exceptional work and had excellent communication skills in explaining the issue and solution. He was young but very knowledgeable. He was also very friendly and personable. The cost for the service job was competitive with the other companies I called. However I discovered just how honest and reliable US Heating and AC company is after Andrew received approval from his supervisor to go ahead and install the toilet tank hardware that I bought at home depot for no additional charge. I now have a plumbing company that I can trust for any future needs but now I also know who to call if I have any heating or AC repair needs as well. I would highly recommend U.S. heating and air for your plumbing needs. Ask for Andrew if he’s available, he’s awesome.

Juan was on time and very professional. That’s hard to find these days! I really appreciate him explaining the whole process before and After. I felt very comfortable and confident in his work. Definitely will be using this company again. Good job!

The service was extremely thorough and friendly. Before the service person left my home, he had already checked on my warranty and called Lennox and also let me know exactly when to expect the part that needs to be taken care of. He also reminded me that I had gotten 15% off because of my service agreement with the company. I’m extremely impressed and pleased!

Max came out to look at my HVAC issue and quickly determined my new unit was not wired for my new communicating unit. He ordered the correct thermostat and will install to make my system run as designed. Max is very knowledgeable and is a true professional!

I used U.S. Heating and AC to fix some plumbing issues and service the ac on a house that I just bought. Stephen B. and Max A. both came out the same day and I was absolutely blown away at how friendly and professional they both were. Communication was awesome from the company and the service team and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be using this company again in the future to keep my home running properly. Also used Colis B. for some electrical issues and he was efficient and very knowledgeable.

Wanted to give a shout out to the awesome A/C tech that came & fixed my A/C today! That would be, Andrew Acosta, he was absolutely 💯! He was very thorough, professional and very nice!! I have air again, yay🎉 Thank you for a job well done, Drew! I have used USHAC for over 10 years, and I highly recommend them!

I have used this business a number of times and they have always been prompt, polite, competent and professional. My house recently needed new duct work and the team of Michael R, Cameron B, Joel R, and Osuel T did a great job, finishing the job in less than two days and cleaning up thoroughly after the work was completed. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them. The company is diligent about seeking out customer feedback and seems very well managed.

2nd review. We had a clogged drain from the condensation pan create a link. Max A came the same day we called and quickly fixed the problem, which required him to be in a hot attic on a very hot day. Thanks Max.

My experience has been great. From the moment I contacted them in need of a new AC unit they have provided a great and outstanding service. Joel and his partner were very punctual, hard workers, communicative, and in all reality they did a great job. I would recommend Joel as a technician to anyone. Thanks to them my New AC is up and running extremely grateful.

Nick and Bobby were amazing! They were able to get out to my house the same day and fix the issue super quickly. They went over everything and checked my system thoroughly to make sure there were no other issues. I couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism of these guys!

We were very satisfied with Max’s service. He arrived in a very timely manner in such short notice. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful to any questions asked. We have a big event tomorrow and are now ready to go! Our a/c is now working great!

An excellent experience! Colis Blair diagnosed the problem immediately. He then went to pick up the part before the place closed to make sure we had power today. Called with a possible emergent plumbing issue and the person on the phone was very nice and despite it being close to a holiday and very busy, they had someone out within 2 hours. Our technician, Zach, was responsive and very professional and explained everything clearly. He had to come back the next day and it was the same hassle-free experience. I would use the company again if the need arose.

Jean came out and did a great job on clearing out my drain that was backing up. Really professional and knowledgeable with the service he performed. I've used this company for plumbing twice and will continue to do so with the service that I've had.

If you’re in the market for ac work or replacing a system give these guys a try. I had horror stories from my last house with other companies. I worked with ryan Ellis and everything went as smooth as possible. He was on time. Gave great information. Followed up with me since he knew I had a crazy schedule. I finally scheduled the ac replacement they were out here within 2 days and installed the system. Two guys came so one was working inside while the other was working outside. This made the install much faster and efficient. Once they were finished they reviewed the equipment and tested everything with me. Ryan followed up again to make sure everything was working properly. I like that this company was responsive, fast, priced well and followed up on their commitments.

Lincoln Brown was the absolute best! He was friendly and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my air handler and got to work immediately! He kept me informed the entire time he was working on my system, what he was doing, and how it affected the overall system. Most technicians look annoyed when customers ask questions, not Lincoln. He was educational in what he was doing and was cordial with me the entire time. He was in and out in and out in an hour and he fixed my problem (a clogged condenser drain) in record time.

I would highly recommend Lincoln and USHAC!

This business was AMAZING! They were ON IT! Ross was VERY communicative with me when I called him to set up an in home estimate.
Zach and Stefan were the plumbers that came out. They were polite, focused and installed a toilet on the second floor. Everyone answered all of my questions (especially since I was a little nervous about this install.)
Ans on another note, I got three estimates from three different companies before choosing this one. They had the most fair price.
I whole-heartedly recommend this business to others! 5 stars all around.

I must comment on the excellent job done by Jamael, Yeari, and Anthony in install an air conditioner in my home. When they arrived at my door they stated who they were and the name of the company they work for. I am so impressed of a well done job. They were friendly and courteous. They also showed me how to work the fancy thermostat. I just love my system and appreciate the hard work such young men performed for me. So happy with service and system.
