I have hired many air conditioning companies for repairs and what have you in previous homes and I have to tell you that hands-down Reliance Air has been the best experience my husband and I have ever had. Billy is incredibly helpful and knows what he's doing. The company managed to get us in the same day and i could go on and on. Point being- we couldn't be more grateful for finding them. Hire them. I must say Billy and his team were amazing, When I woke up this morning and my AC was not blowing cool air plus we’re in the middle of the summer lol. He seems like a very busy guy but he came out the same day that I called and fix the problem and I am so thankful and grateful for Billy. Billy is a top-notch professional! We had a new AC system installed a year ago that had frequent issues. I had Billy come out to evaluate the system and he instantly identified the problems that hadn't been fixed. I was able to get all parts and labor covered for the fix by the original installation company.

Billy and his team were great. They were on time and then once they started work they explained everything to me and helped me understand exactly what was being done and why. Would definitely recommend him and his company for any HVAC work!

Went above and beyond to help me out. Excellent job. Did some add-ons just because he felt they were needed and did not charge me for them. Very neat cleaned up and got rid of any mess. This was for a new air handler install. Will definitely use him again.

I’ve known Bill for a couple years now he’s been servicing our AC and our needs and he’s been doing a pretty good job of that. If you have a complex situation he could solve. It takes a little time, but the work does get done.

Had Billy come out and check an issue we were having with our AC unit as it wasn't working properly. He was prompt, on time and responsive in communication before showing up. When he arrived he was friendly, showed me what the problem was and how it could be addressed and repaired. He was more then happy to help explain further the reasons for the issue and insightful as to how these issues could be prevented in the future. Very impressed with his knowledge, friendliness and honesty. We will for sure call him for future issues or maintenance and I would highly recommend him!

Billy was great! Reached out to him 7am on a Sunday morning and he was at my house shortly after. He was also very reasonable with his price. Would highly recommend him if you are having problems with your air conditioning system.

Great service, started work when he stated he would, worked all day, cleaned up as he went along and hauled away all debris. The completion of the job looked highly professional and will be an added benefit should I ever decide to sell my home. During the initial evaluation of the home he helped us select the unit we needed without overselling us on unnecessary items. Extremely fair priced, worth every penny.
