I have used D&A on several occasions for differ t services and I can say they always been top notch. they were always prompt and did what they said they would do plus more and were very price competitive.

D&A has serviced our storage facility a few times now. He has been prompt, upfront, and reasonable with his quotes. He has always shown up on time, and certainly seems to know his business. He has operated on both our digital, and mechanical gate, and has always provided reliable service.

I've had D&A over the past year or so and they are doing a great job! This is coming from a company that has had it's fair share of cleaning crews in the past. We have a rather large building with unique cleaning characteristics. It's a 24 hour manufacturing facility with people in and out daily. You can imagine how the bathrooms and kitchens would look if you had people running around your house 24 hours a day. Well they have done a great job keeping our A+ offices in tip top shape! You only know a companies worth by how they react to issues. I have had issues in the past, so lets be real here for a minute. People are people and people slip up and no one is perfect by any means but when there has been an issue, they are quick to react to correct the problem. There hasn't been many of those problems with their tenure here. Believe me when I say this, I am a clean freak, squeaky wheel and nothing gets past me and I can honestly say, they are doing a stand up job! Good job team and Rudy thanks for all your support in our endeavor together. And no, I didn't get paid for this review, if that's what you are thinking....

This company was called the previous week for an estimate which they came out to review the job on Monday morning th Dec. 7th, 2015. Mr. Rudy Perez was the estimator and assured me he would get a quote out by the 10th or 11th of December. As of this writing after 2 phone calls to his office I have no quote.

Can only imagine the service that would accompany this obvious lack of customer concern....

Thank goodness they didn't ever e-mail a quote. Choose your poison carefully!!!!

This company has no consideration of their workers and the pay isnt enough for all the work they do including risking their lives. They are unprofessional and very disorganized. Workers constantly quit and for the ones that have to travel to different buildings to do their jobs this company only offer $1 more in their pay for gas usage, please give me a break fast food industries pays more than this company
