All reviews for Dehlinger Construction

Dehlinger construction has done a few different projects for my current home, and I couldn't be more pleased! Their crews and office staff are always very professional and great to work with. Definitely would recommend and continue to use them for future endeavors.

Just wanted to pass along how much I appreciated working with Kelvin Swanson. I believe he is one of your contractors that initially got the job. He was extremely professional and kind and went out of his way to communicate with us every step of the way. He was fantastic to work with.
Also, Charles Gautier was excellent -- very professional and kept us in the loop on everything that was happening. He did a great job of following up with the crew when some things were not done properly.
I highly recommend Dehlinger for their professionalism!

Dehlinger handled everything in my claim. My contact person was a text away and ALWAYS responded immediately. My roof was repaired, some wet and damaged wood under my roof was repaired, screened in pool enclosure was repaired, and gutters were replaced. GREAT CREW of workers! Professional and easy to reach office staff.

I got several bids for the job and other than Dehlinger, they all overpriced and made the job bigger than my request. Dehlinger Construction bid on exactly what I wanted, gave a fair price, showed up on the dates booked and got the job done. Very professional and friendly office staff. I will use again and highly recommend to others!

If you are looking for true professionals, look no further! Dehlinger and their team were knowledgeable, competent and on time to get to the job everyday and to completed the job on time as well. The quality of work was outstanding outstanding and the team was there to answer questions and concerns the whole way through. If you are looking for your roof to be replaced or other work completed you will be so happy you went with Dehlinger to get the job done!

This roofing company is awesome! Professional, courteous, and thorough from beginning to end. They helped meet and exceed the needs of my insurance company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I will be coming to them for any and all additional roofing and/or construction needs.

Dehlinger Construction was referred to me by my neighbor as well as a colleague. Not only was the quality of their work excellent but, most importantly, they were responsive and took the time to fully understand our needs. If Eric couldn't answer my question he brought in Mariano, their very experienced Director of Roof Construction, who took the time to clearing explain everything.

Regardless of size or complexity, Dehlinger Construction is a firm you want on your team.

We tried to get our roof replaced for 2 years through the insurance company with no success. Dehlinger got our roof approved and installed in less than 2 months. Mike was great partner through the experience. We recommend Dehlinger for your roofing needs.

Dehlinger has done two roof jobs for Church of the Good Shepherd and were wonderful to work with. They were careful around our tenant school, which is very important. They were also timely and gave great value.

Dehlinger Construction is nothing short of amazing. I chose them to do my re-roof after seeing how good of a job they did at my best friend's house. Their staff is communicative, informative and quick to get things done. I look forward to using them for all future projects and highly recommend them to everyone!

Dehlinger did an amazing job with my roof! Not only were they incredibly professional and delivered excellent workmanship, but they were so caring and patient during a frustrating process with my insurance company. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dehlinger was great to work with. Excellent prices, very flexible when changing the job. Always went the extra mile to address any issues directly with our residents. They've repaired several roof leaks, painted our entire property, addressed wood rot and sign installations. I would definitely recommend this company!

After the hurricane we had a leak in our roof. I had replaced the entire roof in the past few years but this wasn’t under warranty and I did not want to return to the previous company after they had been so unprofessional during the experience. Dehlinger had the best turn around time, best customer experience, and were able to repair it quickly. I would recommend them to everyone! Astrid was so helpful!

We had our entire roof replaced, wood siding replaced with Hardyboard, and the exterior of the house painted. I was very impressed with Dehlinger, they were highly professional, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that we happy with the quality of all the work done. Our house looks amazing with these much needed updates. I highly recommend them.

I worked with Dehlinger construction a few years back to replace my roof. They were amazing to work with. Following last weekend's hail storm, I asked them to come look at my roof for potential damage. Edward McNulty came today to look over the roof, and I found him to be so professional and helpful. He was honest in his assessment and never pushed me to have anything repaired that wasn't necessary. Very honest. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dehlinger! After having Mike Ellis help me through a roof replacement with insurance (he was very diligent and understanding when I asked about a million questions), and that experience went wonderfully, I hired them to install a decorative railing on my front porch, paint the exterior and replace my front door. Nicole was a wonderful project manager - she was professional, visited the site nearly every day, and has an eye for perfectionism and will make sure every detail is executed beautifully. I was also really pleased with the crews they work with. Will definitely hire for future projects!

Our pest guy said “you’ve got a hole in your roof.” I connected with Dehlinger. One of their people came and checked out the roof with a drone. We had eleven holes!
I agreed to have them do the repair and David came. He did a thorough inspection, and found several more holes.
He found tiles to match our roof, and worked two-and-a-half days doing repairs.
Everyone at Dehlinger was very professional. David did a great job doing the repairs.
If you need a roof repair, I would not hesitate to use Dehlinger!

We worked with Omar Caballero from Dehlinger Construction on our siding and painting project in St Augustine Shores. It was a pleasure from the time Omar first visited our home to the final wrap of the project. We encountered 100% polite, kind, and professional interactions from Omar and all of Dehlinger's people and our home looks fantastic!

Dehlinger is hands down the best roofing company by far! We searched around for quotes for our Grandmother’s roof replacement and decided to go with Dehlinger. They are very efficient, communication is on point, the crew was on time and very professional. Shannon was our point of contact and she was amazing! Definitely would recommend

Omar, Miguel, Dalton and the team did an excellent job on the siding replacement for our home. The whole onsite team and office were very professional and communicated through out the process. Thank you for all of the hard work and we look forward to using you guys in the future!
