I had a great experience with Carlos. As the owner of the Cooling Mechanical Services, he brings a level of care and deep knowledge of the HVAC that is hard to find these days. He made me feel comfortable right from the begining, did a very thorough job, and was incredibly fair with his pricing. He really went out of his way to make himself and his crew available at the earliest. I’m so glad I chose his company to install a new HVAC system. I highly recommend Carlos and his company for any AC services.

I located the company CMS Cooling Mechanical Services on craigslist...... I then sent a text to them and heard back from Carlos the same day...... We then meetup at my house later that day...... He made a offer and a time line to replace my VERY OLD Furnace & Air Conditioner Systems with new. I accept his bid..... He and his team did a Good Job with communications between us, cleaning up from work done, etc. Thank you Sir.

Carlos was responsive to an emergency and then thorough in his troubleshooting. He checked to see if something was under warranty for me which had no obligation to do in my no cooling situation. He quoted work fairly and followed through with thorough work and communication.
