Our office has been experiencing issues with our A/C unit for years. At first call Dynamic sent out one of their technicians to review what we had going on. Brock came in and within minutes instantly knew what the issue had been. Throughout the repair he educated us and informed us on the entire process. It is not always that we have a company whose employees truly take the time to educate and train. Most just come in, do the job and invoice. We are grateful for Dynamic Heating and Cooling and their employees. I could not recommend them enough! If you're looking for exceptional service and someone to educate you throughout the repair, contact them! You won't be disappointed!

Steven Lily was courteous and punctual. He explained everything to me. He lisyened to me and the issue i had and took extra measures to prevent in the future. Honest and professional. Very happy with his services and Dynamic heating and cooling. Thank you thank you.

Larry was wonderful! Our issue was a simple one that was overlooked after doing our own diagnostics on our non-functioning a/c unit. Larry was thorough and inspected our full unit to fix our issue and troubleshoot anything additional. If I could give more than 5 stars for our service and Larry's work, I would!

Larry is our guy for all things AC. He approaches his work with competence and confidence.

Stephen was very professional and extremely helpful doing service on our system! Cleaned everything out and let us know what all he did so we also had knowledge.

My AC decided to go on the blink late Wednesday evening and i called in for service. Steve showed up and did everything possible to attempt to get us running through the night... the repair required parts so it was the next day until it was finished. they showed up exactly when they said they would, Jimmy was courteous and explained everything that he was doing. Ultimately my unit was fixed in a relatively short amount of time and our home is cool again. he did a wonderful job and a fair price as well.

Larry has done a service on my A/C

As a homeowner, I've tried different Heating and Cooling companies. The company that installed our units for some odd ball reason, would never call me back for service! I heard about Dynamic, made the call, and immediately I was greeted by Jessica, the daughter of the owner! I thought now here is a company who is doing it right by getting the owners children involved in the business. We set up a time, that day came, the tech came right on time and worked on both of my units. One of the units had an issue with it but Dynamic informed me that it was still under the manufacturer's warranty. The company I purchased it from had never filed any of the warranty paperwork. So, Dynamic did it for me and the warranty on both units put into place. The parts needed were covered and Dynamic made everything right. That's what I call customer service at it's best! They didn't have to bother with any of the warranty work as they aren't the ones who sold me units. They could have simply charged me for the parts and I would have paid it. That said, they cared about making this situation right so they took care of everything. What's even better is the business is located about three miles from my house and I've joked around with them by telling them "I know where they live!" They definitely have earned my business and I appreciate their honesty and integrity.

The administrative staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and competent. their explanations were clear and concise.
The technician was superbly competent, clear in his instructions and very knowledgeable. Being a major repair and replacement of of all ducts, the protection of our floors and furniture were major concerns. He brought all types of covers and used them to protect our property. The job was done in a careful manner. I was invited to inspect the job explaining what was done. He cleaned all areas, removed all the covers and rearranged all furniture.
This company is by far the most competent and the best I have ever dealt with in my 50 + years. I highly recommend it.

A/C was down on late afternoon saturday. Called the service and Larry the technician called me within 30 minutes. Larry displayed a high knowledge of the issue and did a professional job of fixing until a new part could be ordered and installed . Dynamic on Monday had the quote and new part ready for my review. Larry arrived early and installed my part in a skilled and professional manner. Dynamic takes care of their customers. My experience is based on being a Dynamic Customer for years. Correctly diagnosed and preformed warranty repairs on 2 units after another company was here 5 times over a month and told me nothing was wrong. Great communication as well. Kudos to Kierstynn, Larry and Steve.
