I called at 8:30am and the technician was here by 12 noon as promised. He performed a tune-up on our system to prepare for the summer season. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend On The Way to anyone needing A/C or heating work.

So short reason for calling them. My mom is blind and her ac took a crap. I started calling around for quotes. On Saturday, yes you read that correctly on a Saturday they reached out after other companies were closed. After listening to what we wanted, they stood up. I honestly figured it would take a couple days to get it done. Wow was I wrong. Monday afternoon during a storm, they showed up. They were very professional, polite and very clean. They explained everything they where doing as they were doing it. After what I can only assume was a very long day for them, they refused to leave till my mom had ac and was satisfied. At around 8pm, my moms new ac was installed and running great.in a age where it's hard to find a company who show up and do what they say they are going to do and do it. This is a phenomenal company and people. So If you are looking for an a c company , I should strongly strongly suggest you reach out to them.

Technician came on the same day and provided estimate for the repair. Waived the diagnostic fee as customer appreciation and building their business. Very upright and honest about the options available for us. We were happy to provide our work of fixing our AC unit.

Exemplary service by Steven. He was the sixth in line. After five wrong diagnoses, by other AC technicians which led to service prices that ranged from $1000 to $20,000, Steven resolved issue for $ 250/-. Steven identified the root causes as faulty wiring and the reversing valve in the external unit. Thereafter, order was placed on Lennox for the spare. He delivered and installed the AC on the same day. The AC is working. At every stage of the engagement, Steven kept me involved, explaining the choices and chances. I got an excellent view of where the service outcome was headed and when it would be resolved.

Great service from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and clearly knowledgeable about HVAC systems. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable HVAC service.

Came out on Sunday and fixed my problem the best in town and does excellent work and friendly staff and technicians. I would make them your first phone call for AC or heating needs

I highly recommend On the way... They did the best service I've seen in the years of owning my unit. Did great work on both the air handler and outside unit. All for $49.
The company that serviced last year was only interested in my buying a new unit from them.
