Had to use them for main valve and Garden Hose valve change , upon contact i was provided an ETA of 4 hours and sure enough someone was at my place taking care of it way before 4 hour time, installed a quarter turn valve which is way better then the original turn valve which you have to keep Turing and water still don’t stop, they did a clean job and left no mess behind, overall very satisfied , have recommended to a friend of mine also, Thank you

I just renovated my kitchen and needed a new water line installed for my ice maker. I also needed a new garbage disposal installed. Shawn & Sons technicians arrived on time, were very professional and finished the jobs in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them. In fact, they will be back to my home to do more work in the near future.

I’ve used Shawn & Son on several occasions for leaks inside and outside our condo building with quick response no matter what time of day. The crew knows how to tackle the problem and resolve it in a timely matter! I never hesitate to call Shawn or recommend him to my residents if I hear there’s a leak!

I had a lot of problems with the toilet in one of my bathrooms. I had heard a few times about shawn and sons plumbing so i decided to call them and have them come to see if they could help. They came to the house and evaluated the situation and resolved my problems in a very timely manor for an excellent price. It is very hard to find good and trustworthy work in this area so it’s pleasing to know that there is some out there.

Shawn hires the best and when his employees are too busy on the road with other jobs, he will go out of his way and fix your issue personally. I have experienced this first hand. I have used this business many times throughout the past seven years, I have never found their work to be substandard. Shawn builds his reputation one job at a time, and I would recommend his plumbing business to everyone.
I saw one of the other reviews say something like, he is high priced.
This is 2022 and regular gas is close to $5.00/gal. Just think how do you keep great plumbers on the job. How do you keep trucks moving and parts on the trucks? I am just a customer like you, but if you want a plumbing job done correctly, call Shawn and Sons.

Shawn & Son's Plumbing re-plumbed my entire Townhouse in 2016 after polybutylene pipes ruptured in the wall and caused a major water leak that flooded the kitchen, laundry room and the water heater closet. The only way to prevent future water leaks in the rest of the house was to re-plumb the entire townhouse which they completed in a week.

Their plumbing knowledge and workmanship were top notch in removing all the old pipes and replacing them with quality new ones. After all the work was completed we never had another water leak.

Yesterday, my Parents needed a water heater and new valves. Once I contacted Shawn, he was there in an hour to give me a quote for the job.
The same day his workers installed everything and completed the job within 2 hours.

I needed to replace my water heater and didn't know what plumber to use so I called a few listed on the BBB website only to be told they'd charge anywhere from $79 to $150 just to see what has to be done!! Then I came across Shawn & Sons Plumbing and called and spoke to Shawn. I texted him some pictures but he came to the house anyway - no charge! He made suggestions, quoted me a price and said he can do the job the next day. The next morning, Shawn called me and told me that two of his guys would call when they were on their way, which they did. They did an awesome job, very polite, accommodating (had to move my dryer) and cleaned up, all for the exact price as quoted. I'm very pleased and definitely recommend them.

Between the year 2000 and 2013 I managed 23 associations in Kings point Tamarack area. During that time I experienced hundreds of calls to Shawn & son’s plumbing. Despite being rather new these condos all had common plumbing problems throughout. Working closely with Shawn over the years, we were able to identify Modify repair replaceand mitigate these issues. Probably spent hundreds of thousands of dollars of budgeted client money making plumbing repairs with Sean and never ever had a valid complaint not one. Trust me when I tell you with the amount of experience I have with this company and the amount of success. There’s no doubt they are one of the most honest reputable premier companies in South Florida. Ask him about the fire stop replacements in 80% of the welding and Southampton buildings that had to be replaced due to product failure on the developers part. Sean helped us through the process and was able to help us mitigate the cost by going after the product manufacture. My toilets were clogged, and it just so happened that Shawn & Son’s truck was only two houses down. My dad went over to ask if they could take a look, and just from hearing the issue, they immediately knew it was the main line. They told us they’d come over as soon as they finished with their current customer—and they did. Within 15 minutes, both toilets were flushing perfectly again. The two gentlemen who came were professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I’m so grateful for their quick response and excellent service. Thank you!
