Good selection and excellent prices. Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. Walk up counter that usually caters to plumbers / contractors. They will sell to non plumbers / contractors as well.

I called for a quote for an specific brand, 2 days later, i did my arrangement to pick up the item, the brand was not available”. I dedicated that day, found a truck etc. so they sell me another brand instead. I called today to complain and the owner said he just got that brand so now I can return it. The meaning is to rent another truck which I am not going to do.
**The client must receive truthful information by phone.

I asked for a quotation 3 days ago called 3 times to know what happened with my solicitud the offer to call me back the fiat time then I called again 24 hours latter and they told me they have my quotation almost ready and then I called them again 2 hours latter and they asked for mail email address my name and my company name and offered me a call with an answer and I’m still waiting. 3 days 3 calls and a email with confirmed reception for a simple quotation and not even a courtesy call to me explain me what’s happening. I really don’t understand how the have good reviews (I’m starting to believe that the make their own reviews) it’s impossible to show interest in your client business with so poor costumer service and low professionalism.

The people who work at this supply store don't know what they're selling, starting with the owner.
After they sell you something wrong, they don't want to accept refunds.
Be very careful, they don't need serious customers.
