Fast response, punctual, professional, knowledgable. The price of the service was right. The technician Nick explained with details the existing problems. He cleaned everything after work was done. Highly recommended . I will call them again if needed.

From the moment they answered my call all they way until they left my house, everyone involved was very polite and professional. Service was excellent and fees are reasonable and fair. In todays service industry, Starchenko Service Appliances left a very positive impression on me. I will most defiantly recommend them to anyone and will not hesitate to call them again.

Starchenko Appliance Repair - in a word - THE BEST! I had inquired about repairing our combo washer/dryer machine from another company. When the technician came to analyze the problem with the machine, he said, "Oh, it will cost you more that $1200 to repair this machine. You need to buy a new one from me." But then I searched for another appliance repair service. I found Starchenko Appliance Repair. Their house call to diagnose the repair was reasonable. So the technician Nick arrived on time for the diagnosis. In no time he diagnosed the problem and the cost of repair was a broken part. What a relief. Nick was personable and very knowledgeable about servicing our machine. He ordered the part and kept us up to date on when the product would arrive and to schedule an appointment to repair the machine, Look no further for your appliance repair needs! Starchenko Appliance Repair offers honest, reasonably-priced diagnostics, and quality repair. And be sure and ask for Nick for outstanding expert repair service!

Booking was simple and they provided many options for my schedule. Vadim was the most professional and helpful technician I’ve ever had. He was timely and thorough in explanation of the problem with my washer from the 70s. Because of him, I think I will still get a decade or two more out of it, as it gets repaired! Seriously, not a better customer experience from anywhere else for home service!

Vadim visited Friday evening and did a wonderful job repairing our Samsung Clothes Dryer. It was a pleasant surprise he could visit the same day. He was quick and professional. It was not an easy or clean repair, but Vadim made it look simple. The cost for the repair was very reasonable. Plus we enjoyed his company and chatting a bit. For any future needs, we wanted to insure we could locate Vadim and added his telephone numbers and URLs to our Contacts.

They were able to come out on a same day call to fix my washing machine. Their technician was friendly and professional. He was able to get my washer up and running in about an hour. Since no parts had to be ordered and the repair was relatively simple, he only charged me the cost of the service call, $69. I was already ready for the prospect of buying a new washer, but Starchenko saved me a lot of money.

Extremely fast, I thought I'd have to wait a few days for a technician, but instead they were at my house in 15 minutes! Took the dryer completely apart, fixed 3 bad components and showed me what was wrong. Put it back together and they were out in about a hour and half. It was kind of mind blowing. Definitely would recommend them. Oh and they gave me a complete breakdown for parts and labor before replacing parts within minutes.

I needed a same day repair done on a fridge and put a request out on Yelp. Starchenko responded the quickest, had the best price to come out and also had excellent reviews so the choice was a no brainer really. Most importantly though, they delivered! Their technician Stano came out and was able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly. He was very professional, explained the issue simply and resolved it with parts he had on hand. All in all an excellent experience in customer service and I would recommend these guys to anyone needing to have appliance repairs done.

I had a fantastic experience working with Starchenko. They sent a great technician named Roman who arrived within the agreed upon window and notified me 30 minutes before his arrival, also as agreed upon.

He worked diligently, diagnosed the problem and fixed it as quickly as he could. He needed to come back with a part the next day, which he did as promised, and now our dishwasher is working perfectly. The price was totally fair and reflected the work that he did.

The ONLY recommendation I would make is to maybe work out some type of way to let the customer know how much the job is going to cost a bit sooner, but I also know that it would have been very difficult this situation. It was just a little bit stressful for him to be here for three hours, my dishwasher is completely disassembled, parts all over our kitchen floor, and internally I'm going, "Okay is this going to cost $50 or $500 or $5000?"

Like I said though, I guess there's no real other way to figure that out beyond him having to get in there and pull everything apart to diagnose the problem, so please don't think that that's a complaint on my end. We're very, very satisfied and would (1) hire Starchenko again in a heartbeat and (2) recommend them to anyone who asks.

This is my second time having starchenko company to come and fix my appliances at my home. 1st time was a washer problem. The technician Roman came by was very honest about the problem and super efficient. 👌

The second time was a dishwasher problem.

The service they provide is excellent. They care about providing a great service and getting the job done right. Their prices are fair and they make sure they do a good job. The office stays in constant communication and Stan, the repair technician is knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough. I am very pleased with the work he did and the care and time he took to get my refrigerator and freezer working. I highly recommend them.

Definitely 5 stars all the way. We had a terrible experience with another company and decided to try Starchenko. Starchenko was SO MUCH BETTER!! They had clear communication, they showed up when they said they would, they acquired a part for us which another company had told us was unavailable. And on top of everything else they were NICE and polite. They got the job done in a minimum amount of time. So glad we have finally found a good, legitimate repair company! Paul was very knowledgeable and efficient. He immediately diagnosed the problem with our dryer. Had the part ordered and returned 2 business days later to repair and now it is working perfectly. They also guarantee their work if for some reason it doesn’t work within a period of installation! Great company!!!

My cook top and oven had stopped working after a major power outage. We tried everything. Finally called a professional or should I say an Angel…enter Roman. He was so nice and friendly. He fixed the issue very quickly. He was very professional. He put everything back the way he found it and cleaned up afterward. We could not be more pleased. Five stars ***** What a great guy!!! I had just googled “stove repair” and Starchenko appliance repair popped up. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I’m so glad I called them. I highly recommend this business. Ask for Roman.

When i say the best. The best service and professionals I’ve come across. They managed to be at my apartment and repaired my range/oven in less than one hour after me contacting them. Their tech Stan was nice and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend to anyone in the south beach area. They do a great job and even better customer service. Stan definitely deserves a raise !!
