Dave from Mr. Steemer came to clean my Mexican tile floor that looked like it had never been cleaned! We bought the home recently knowing the floors needed cleaning, I spoke with other contractors and decided to use Mr. Steemer based on the conversation. Dave was very polite and professional, after speaking with him on the job, I would also say he’s very trustworthy! Thanks Dave & Mr.Steemer, I have more work coming as soon as my kitchen remodel is done!

I'm glad to highly recommend Dr.Steemer service because the whole experience with this company was pleasant from placing my oder till the actual result.
We had horrible male cat's pee on our textile sofa in the living room. I did silly thing and tried to clean it by myself, but only worsted the situation. The sofa can be treated with the dry clean only.
Dr.Steemer representative asked for the pictures or the spot and pictures of all the labels we have on our sofa. After actual investigation of our sofa at home Dr.Steemer PRO gave as a fair quote altogether with detailed explanation on how the cleaning will be perform, what result to expect afterwards. We were instructed about after-procedure sofa usage. The sofa required the second treatment, what was performed by the specialist (free of charge). Now the sofa is almost like new.

I contacted them to get my microfiber sofas and rug steam cleaned and they did an awesome job. They look brand New! I wished I remembered his name but he was super nice and friendly. Great price to get the job done.

Avi, the owner of the company and his assistant came and gave a quote for the job. They began the job immediately. They were able to remove some really nasty dog urine stains on my two fabric-covered sofas. The sofas look as good as new. My price ended up being more than I thought, since Avi said it required deeper cleaning than what was quoted to me over the phone. I'm glad I was able to use a local company to do the job. I would definitely recommend Dr Steemer.

Worth the extra dime.

I had Dr. Steemer come to my house last Friday to clean my carpet. And to make a long story short they provided good service. They were very professional, and were very descriptive about the problems my carpet had, and did a good job cleaning it too. Anyway I do recommend Dr. Steemer for those who are looking for an affordable price to get a good cleaning.

I have used Dr. Steemer twice and both times I have been very happy with the job he did. He cleaned many types of carpets and area rugs in my house. He was honest and up front about everything. His price was very fair and he stood by his word. I will definitely use them again.

Worker was on time,my carpet is worn with heavily trafficked areas. He tested the heavily stained area with solution to see if he’d indeed be able to give me the results that I needed , it worked. He explained the process, gave me an estimate, which was reasonable. He did a great job compared to other carpet cleaners I’d used in the past I was very pleased with the result.

I read the reviews after I met Avi. I was very hesitant after reading some bad reviews but after meeting with him I went with my gut and went through with the service anyway. He seemed like a very honest man. Very polite and informative with everything I needed done. My rugs were in very bad condition and even needed water restoration. I really wanted to take the time and leave this positive review because I’m completely blown away by the Amazing job Avi did! My carpets look better than when I moved into my townhouse 3 years ago! He was able to remove pet stains and water damage! Great price!!!! job of 3 rooms and one hall way was done in about 2 hours. I’m so happy I went with my gut and ignored the negative reviews. Dr. Steemer is great! Avi was very prompt, professional and thorough. He was able to clean my 40 year old grout very well, and made my carpet look brand new. They were very flexible when I needed to reschedule. I recommend Dr. Steemer.
