Jorge was punctual, arrived with all necessary tools and immediately diagnosed the problem.
My dishwasher was not draining the dirty water because there was a chicken bone stuck in the hose that connects with the water disposal. He showed me every step of the repair what he was doing. After removing the chicken bone he ran the dish washer through a complete 45 minute cycle. He charged me the one hour fee. Fair and competent.

I called for service around 10 am he came and was finished by 1 pm the same day. Professional and gave information on how to avoid the same problem again.

I've had Jorge at my house 3 times- 2 times for my fridge/freezer and 1 time for my garbage disposal. He is fair in price and honest...and more than anything he fixes what needs to be fixed and I have never had to call him back after. He is 100% a straight shooter, he's not here to be your friend. He gives you a heads up on the service charge before he gets to your house and is very reasonable compared to what we have experienced.

July 2016 had Jorge come about to see about my samsung he dryer not heating. He tested everything determined it was heating coil gave me a price before picking up part,part was more than he quoted but he stuck to initial quote. I'm impressed was on time equipped and friendly small business owner but great service.

Jorge was very knowledgeable about washing machine repair and discovered the problem immediately.
He knows about the longer lasting quality of certain older machines verses some newer models. I was very pleased with the repair and with the advice he gave toward the continued use of the machine. I would recommend using Jorge for your washing machine repair.

This guy is a PRO. I contacted him and the very same day he came to my apartment, looked at my fridge (that was not cooling) diagnosted the problem, and fixed it on the spot!
