Very pleased with the great service . Called on a Saturday morning when my oven was not working properly to schedule an appt. thinking it would be for the following week but they were able to send their tech that same day .... WOW 😲 on Saturday no extra charge. Tech came diagnosed, had to order the part and a few days later my oven was repaired. They were so nice and extremely professional I would highly recommend them. In fact I have already given their number to family members. Great Service AG👍👍👍

My ice machine stopped making ice. Called to schedule an appointment and someone always picked up the phone and was always helpful. There was always a follow up phone call and the technician was on time and very professional. It’s still nice to see that there are companies out there that have great customer service. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you again for your help and professionalism.

I had my washer and fridge repaired by this wonderful and professional company. They are top of the line when it comes to customer satisfaction and attention. The representative that came to provide service, his name was Sanjaye, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He provided thorough explanation of the service being provided and answered all my questions. Sanjaye really deserves a promotion or a reward for such great work he does, what a great service. I would recommend this company to anyone! it is hard to find such professionals these days.

The technician, Mario was very professional and attentive to my situation. He reviewed the appliance, fixed it and stayed to make sure the cicle works perfectly. Excellent service! The People at A Gonzalez were super helpful. When the dishwasher was not repairable they not only quickly contacted me. The honesty and integrity in their work is worth more than 5 stars. His attention to detail caught a leak in my sink that he was not there to repair.

Everyone was very nice to do business with. They have a seamless operating process. This was my second service provided by this company. The previous time before A Gonzalez was sent out to my home i was already exhausted by my broken washer and the long wait for service and finally several technicians that did finish the repair. Once A Gonzalez was dispatched by my warranty company they not only responded immediately but they also fixed the problem in that first visit. Had a dryer issue at my rental property and googled to find this company. The ratings are definitly deserved. Edgar came out the next day, on time. He checked it over and told me the issue. They are honest and fast working. But I emphasize HONEST. I just found my go to company for appliance issues.

My LG washer’s drain pump failed. LG’s service offered to repair for $375. AG was one of the service companies they referred. I saved over $100 by going with AG. Every part of the service experience exceeded my expectations, from scheduling the appointment, to the excellent communication with the service tech, to the speedy and competent work of the tech. I highly recommend these folks. Five stars.

Sanjaye did a great job. Patiently run a troubleshooting process and found the issue. Spare parts were brought in and he took care of the repair, with attention to details, avoiding scratches, and cleaning after the job was done. Great work.

My husband and I both agree that this was by far the best appliance service that we have ever had. The initial contact with the office was friendly and professional. The appointment for service was quick.
An automated system informed us when the tech would arrive. The refrigerator was diagnosed, parts were ordered and replaced promptly. The techs were very good. A. Gonzalez made sure everything was in warranty. We were very happy.

Carlos and Evelyn were both very professional, knowledgeable and responsive in fixing the issues we had with our LG refrigerator. New, genuine parts were ordered and installed quickly and correctly. When another issue came up, this company didn’t try to reason it away, but came back and fixed it. They show character AND good workmanship, and they go above and beyond to get a job done that leaves the customer satisfied and them - a great review! 😄💪🏽

Any time we need our appliances serviced we call A Gonzalez. They are professional, honest & knowledgeable. Today we had a leaky washer and our technician, Sanjaye, was quickly able to identify the problem. A quick replacement of an old drain hose and we were back up and running within an hour. Would highly recommend them.

Fast and caring appointment set up. Amazing prompt reliable Service. I text them late evening and the owner Alfonso was calling at 8am. Sent a repairman (Luis) that same day and fixed our washing machine very professionally at a reasonable price. Had the necessary parts at his Van. Left every clean. Was very proper with my wife and gave additional advice to avoid future occurrences. We have used them several times over many years and these folks are always consistently reliable and very punctual and reasonably priced.

The tech Luis showed up on time as promised by dispatch. He was extremely profession, knowledgeable and courteous. Got to work quickly and did not drag on. I have recommended this company and tech to all my friends.
