Although Flamingo Appliance cancelled my first scheduled repair visit, the 2nd one totally solved the problem with my KitchenAid ice maker! As promised, Flamingo kept their promise to keep me updated on the status of my service call. Although I thought the visit might be cancelled again because it was running late - toward the end of the day, Freddy called me to tell me he was very close by! He arrived at my building, a hi-rise Miami condo, and navigated parking logistics and building navigations without a problem. Fortunately, Freddy solved my problem, of NO ice making within 5 minutes! It was a faulty water filter which apparently is a common problem. Freddy provided suggestions to solve future issues and he was on his way, with my ice maker merrily producing ice. I highly recommend Flamingo (& Freddy) for their professionalism and problem solving. Thank you Flamingo!

Andrew from Flamingo was amazing, always the perfect visit from him. He is respectful of our home and always is so informative, explains everything and is so knowledgable. Always does the right thing for the homeowner, Flamingo is amazing and I would always use there services.

Excellent service. Steven was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He took great care when removing for service and reinstalling my cooktop. I appreciate the tracking app and a courtesy call which keeps you up to date on the arrival time of the technician.

The repairman arrived on time and diagnosed the problem with my washer quickly. Unfortunately, parts had to be ordered; but the control panel parts arrived within a month. The repairman arrived on time again and quickly replaced the control panel and my washer performs like new. There was no cost to me since this was a manufacturer issue. Thank you!

The technician, Andrew Maddalino was very nice and polite and solution oriented. He tried different solution, until he was able to solve the issue. Definitely a very motivated technician

Our service tech was Russell. Loved the fact that he communicated the entire time between the parts being ordered and his time frame to the house. He was able to make the repair while my husband was on a video call, russell was very accommodating and respectful. The wash machine was fixed perfectly. And he answered a lot of questions about the new machine.

Best service I've received in years. Very professional & looked the part, on time, knowledgeable, knew everything about my washer model & educated me, and felt so lucky to have him available to help. Proves that there still are qualified, skilled repair workers; maybe just not in GA. His company is in Miami.

Jeremy provided excellent service that solved all the problems. Not only did he address the specific problem covered by the warranty (so there was no charge), he also took time to check and rule out any other issues and showed me how to maintain the ice maker so it would not freeze up. He also left his cell phone number so that I could follow up with any other questions that might arise in the future. Great job!

I had an issue with my dryer, and the technician was absolutely excellent. He listened carefully, diagnosed the problem the moment he opened the dryer, and got the job done quickly and professionally. His knowledge and efficiency really impressed me. I highly recommend him for any appliance repair needs!

Carlos was very courteous, professional and helpful. He described what he was doing, which I found to be very interesting. We enjoyed having taking care of our dishwasher and the suggestions he made.

The technician was very knowledgeable with my Whirlpool Dryers. After examining the dryer he found what the problem was and replaced the part that need to be replaced. It did not take him long to complete the repair, approximately 20 minutes. I was very please with the work done.

This refrigerator has been increasingly problematic in the last several months. We had invested a lot of time and money trying to solve the issue to no avail. Alex identified the true problem almost immediately and gave us appropriate advice on how to proceed and made sure we were treated fairly.

Douglas first came out on a Wednesday to assess the situation. He predicted it was an internal issue and said he had to come back on Monday. As promised, he returned to my home first thing Monday morning, with a helper, to pull out my double wall oven. He and his helper took great care to wipe their feet each time they entered my home, to cover the kitchen island, to remove the oven doors and the unit itself, and to not damage my custom built cabinets. The men quickly solved the problem that was suspected during the initial visit (Douglas knows his trade!) and restored my unit and kitchen back to its original state. Best of all, there was no cost to me since my unit is still under warranty!

Josh from Flamingo was fantastic. Always a positive experience. my LED refrigerator light needed replaced for my quad French door Whirlpool refrigerator. So happy it was under warranty.

We are pleased and grateful with this company. Eddie serviced our Jennair refrigerator. He was punctual, and promptly found a solution to the problem. We highly recommend this team of professionals to service your appliances.

Repair call was excellent. Service man was competent and professional. We are less happy with Flamingo because our original appointment was cancelled at the very last minute, after multiple confirmations. This survey will not let me enter the correct answer to the pricing questions because the charge was $0 for this warrantee service.
