Pro Quality Repair, Fl got back to us and has since provided excellent customer service.

Though we did get someone out to our home the same day, we are very disappointed with the service. The repair man inspected our washer and explained what he thought the problem was with the unit. We paid for the service and waited to receive an estimate. We had been told that we would have an estimate within two days, and that if we did not receive the estimate we should call. the repairman left us his card and phone number. After we did not receive the estimate, we called and left messages numerous times. However, to date, no one has reached back out to us. We essentially paid for a service call that resulted in nothing but the need to find someone else to come out and look at the machine .

Ice maker in our Bertazzoni fridge didn’t work. Darwin came same day and fix the problem. Highly recommend!!!

The range vent hood stopped working. We called Pro Quality Repair and they were here within the day. Fixed it on site, provide us with instructions to maintain it and to extend its life. Great work!
