KLM is wonderful! We had a list of electrical issues that we had been waiting to get done. We got a referral from someone at Home Depot and decided to call them. Keith Moss Jr came ready to work in a construction site on wheels! He had everything he needed with him in that huge truck. He installed a new vent and light (which we had purchased) in the bathroom, fixed a light in the kitchen, replaced a switch with a combination switch and plug (which we had), installed a pole light outside, fixed the Ring doorbell installation at the front door and hung a TV! He was up against several house flaws so he had to add supports that weren’t there, fish wires and jack hammer concrete. It turned into an all day job and he was up to the task. Would I call again??? Definitely!

The experience was HORRIBLE! Keith, the company owner, came to do the job, which was to install a new light fixture where the old one had been removed. This wasn't a plumbing or landscaping job, no, just finding the right wires and installing the new light fixture. Electrical work.
He was here for 2.5 hours and charged $280.00 to install a $49.00 light fixture from Home Depot! My God!
There was a spare wire for the option of installing a second light fixture, but I repeatedly told him to remove it, that I didn't want it. Since he explained that this wire was important, based on his 50 years of experience, I agreed to let him cut a huge hole in my recently installed and expensive wooden ceiling to find that wire. In the end, he told me that the wire wasn't important! Oh my God, he ruined the ceiling for nothing!
There are five similar switches in the room, all the same style. He replaced the light switch with a different one. !God!
This company is completely unprofessional; don't take the risk.
