I wanted to add Amaury for his excellent work at my house today

Very responsive! Took care of my issue next day on a Sunday! The work looks great!

When I had a roof leak they came to my aid quickly! Such friendly and prompt service is very much appreciated.

Action Construction is a great company. They do fast and reliable work. I would recommend everyone to contact Action Construction for any restoration work.

I can’t say enough about the thoughtful work and fair price I received from this company. The first contractor I hired caused considerable damage. Action took care of everything, the leak, drywall and finish work. it’s now perfect.

Had a fixed leak above our downstairs ceiling and they came in same day I contacted them! 3 days to dry everything, luckily it was fairly quick. I would recommend!

Action Construction did a great job from start to finish at our condo. We had a tenant who experienced water damage due to the above condos water heater overnight. We called Action construction first thing in the am and within an hour we had their technician there to access and begin water remediation. The team helped us navigate with our insurance and even performed all the construction work needed to get my tenants comfortable again. Not only is the team knowledgeable but extremely professional. Highly recommended

Team came out immediately in response to roof damage we had that caused a bunch of water damage inside our home. They were incredibly responsive and professional and did an excellent job! Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Action Construction on a major renovation project, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. From start to finish, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill. The project was completed on time and within budget, with attention to detail that exceeded my expectations. Roberto Maza was the project manager and communicated clearly and consistently throughout the process. I highly recommend Action Construction for your future construction projects.

On a Sunday night, I discovered a roof leak in my primary bedroom, and the ceiling was bubbling from moisture. With heavy rain expected throughout the week, I was really worried. I contacted Action Construction Inc., and spoke to Waylon. He came out with his crew that very night! They quickly tarped the roof, and by the next morning, Waylon sent me a quote for the repair. The following day, they returned to complete the job. As anyone who’s dealt with a roof leak knows, it’s tough to find someone who will respond immediately. Not only did Action Construction show up promptly, but they also fixed the leak within two days—truly exceptional service! If you need work done, call Action—they won’t let you down. Thank you to Waylon and Andrew for a professional and quick resolution to the problem.

I recently had Action Construction Inc. handle repairs due to a water leak, and they were hired through the Citizens Manage Care program. Overall, it was a positive experience. The team came in with a well-organized plan and managed all the parties involved very efficiently, despite the complexities of the project. Not everything went according to plan, as is often the case with such projects, but they were receptive to my feedback and ensured I was satisfied with the outcome.

Special shoutout to Clay for his excellent coordination between the insurance company and keeping me informed throughout the process. Enrique and his crew did quick and efficient work in removing and replacing the floors, and Roberto's attention to detail was impressive.

While I did compromise on a few minor cosmetic issues to expedite moving back into the house, this was entirely my choice. The team was very accommodating throughout the process. The final walkthrough with Action Construction Inc. was thorough, and I appreciated their attention to detail.

One area for improvement could be conducting a walkthrough with the working staff and subcontractors before involving the client. This would ensure all parties are on the same page and potentially catch any issues before the client review.

Overall, Action Construction Inc. did a great job, and I would recommend them for their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.
