General contractor, the best services

THE BEST SUSTAINABLE GREEN BUILDING CONTRACTOR EVER FROM A TO Z

Very professional, knowledge and well done service. I very much recommend it. Thank you guys.

Professional, knowledgeable, reliable, hard worker. Highly recommended

Excellent work! he is the best Ecological contractor you can find. His work is on time. He is a really responsable person

Robb is an exceptional professional, he is honest, and did communicate with me at all times during the work done. He is an expert on what he does and his team delivers quality work. I recommend his company and I am grateful of finding such an excellent professional.

Robb is the most knowledgeable, honest professional I have come across in this county. I needed to understand the ins and outs surrounding a change of contractor for my property after getting defrauded on the renovation 10 days before my closing (place is being sold). Robb took over an hour to walk me through my situation and teach me everything there is to know about switching contractors, regardless of my plans to hire him. He told me:
-What my legal liabilities and my rights are
-What the process is surrounding administrative wrap-up with various city/county permits
-How and when to submit a complaint against my prior GC, along with what violations are reportable
-What the full inspections process is, including insider details that my GC never bothered to disclose while she was busy sabotaging this project
-A step-by-step plan of action for how to get everything done so that I can get my final CO issued and my sale finalized.

Not only is this man a professional in his field, he genuinely loves and appreciates his craft. Robb is an educator who wants to help people trapped in a bad situation feel like they finally have some hope… in a state where the real estate climate is now more vicious and cut-throat than Manhattan!! I swear, people here will make you part of their family while robbing you blind… and then they’ll convince you that you’re the crazy one.

Robb, you are a gem. A rare breed indeed — thank you for your generosity and your expertise 🙏

Robb is truly passionate about green and sustainable construction, and is very committed to caring for the environment. I recommend it for any project you want to carry out that has these characteristics. He always makes things happen on time and in the expected way.

I hired RRR General Contractor to do a mold assessment, mold remediation and asbestos assessment. Very professional and reliable. I will recommend them any time.

Very professional . They are very honest and explain everything in detail so you have no doubts about what you need.
I recommend them. Thanks, Rodson.

This contractor exceeded our expectations. They provided a detailed estimate, stayed on schedule, and maintained excellent communication throughout the project. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the crew kept the site clean each day. We’re thrilled with the results and would gladly hire them again.

I hired RRR General Contractor to address seven property Ecological violations related to work that had been completed without the required permits on my home.

The scope of work was extensive and very detailed. It included preparing all plans, documents, and drawings necessary to remedy the violations recorded with the Miami-Dade County Clerk of the Courts. RRR General Contractor worked with qualified professionals to handle the engineering and mechanical aspects of the project, which gave me great confidence from the start.

Robb Robson was instrumental throughout the entire process. He ensured all permits and required documentation were handled properly and in a timely manner, and he consistently met with county officials to make sure every requirement was satisfied. He kept me informed at every step and always provided documentation and proof of progress, which was extremely reassuring.

I am very pleased with the outcome and final resolution of my home violations. The process could have been overwhelming, but Robb and his Engineers team made it manageable and transparent. I highly recommend RRR General Contractor to anyone who may find themselves in a similar situation.

When hiring a General contractor, you have to be cautious, as many are more interested in taking your money than doing the work correctly. That was absolutely not the case here. This company was honest, professional, and committed to doing things the right way.

I am truly grateful for their help and would not hesitate to recommend them.
