They were extremely competent and thorough. They took their time going over every inch of my carpet and double-checking everything to ensure everything was in order. He described the issue I was having with my carpet and the procedure they were employed to resolve it. To minimize future difficulties, they also recommended a carpet cleaner to use instead of the one my housekeepers were using. If you have a problem with your carpet or tile, I strongly recommend them.

He arrived early, I paid him in advance and he did the work without any problems. The price he quoted was the price I paid, nothing more and no hassle. He locked up the place when he was done and we closed on time without hassles. Thanks Carpet Cleaning Miami!

I’m not sure if this company out sources 3rd party vendors but a gentleman showed up with a very old and crusty machine and was about to use floor cleaner (Pinesol & Fabuloso) as the “carpet cleaning solution” I don’t know anything about carpets but I know floor cleaner when I see one.
Needless to say I did not use this service.

Very disappointing experience with this company.
Based on the good reviews we honestly thought they would do better than that.
They took our address down and told us they would be at our home the next day at 9am.
They never showed up, called for an update or reschedule, or for an apology.
A complete waste of time from very unreliable and unprofessional people.
We will take our business somewhere else :)
If you cant be punctual and reliable, don't call yourself professional :(
Don't waste your customers time when you can't even commit to an appointment and offer your services !
Just misguiding and gross. Never again.
