I have my own business & my Ice Machine broke down, I called 24 hour air service & told them how urgent this situation was because of my running business. Within the next hour & a half my Ice Machine was up & running. Great customer service!

I was very pleased with the service. Very professional and they came out to repair my A/C unit quickly within the time stated. Good business overall, I was a little worried since I knew nothing about the A/C unit.

They are professional and courteous. Their service guys work fast and clean. They replaced both of my units. I would definitely recommend them. Also ask for the Roger, he's one of the best service guys they have!

I just got out the phone with 24 hour air service. The dispact was extremely polite and helpful. Now I have a technician on his way as I type to come fix my a/c. Very grateful for the immediate help. Will have 24 hour air service start maintenance from now on. Thanks 24 hour!

It's great to find a company that have technicians, that actually know what they're talking about. Most companies have technicians that only tell you things to spend your money. 24 hour air service technicians actually worry about fixing your problem. Make sure you call them, they're actually a helpful company and won't cheat you out of your money.

Mr Roger the technician was amazing. He was on time, so respectful, understanding of our frustrated situation, and got us up and running in no time. Really an amazing worker. Would highly recommend him to any of your ac needs.

My air conditioning was loosing freon and had to be replaced. 24 hourAir came to the rescue, They quickly obtained all permits and condo approval. There friendly experts did a great job, non stop, explained every thing...Thank You 24 Hour Air.

24 Hour Service came to our rescue in the heat of the summer. I highly recommend asking for Mike from the Miami service department. We have very old units that were giving us troubles, popping breakers every few days... Mike came to the rescue and put a new compressor in and we have been up and running ever since. We really appreciated how Mike took the time to explain what the problem was and then finally fixed it. And even better yet, he even dropped by a few months later to see how things are working. That is great customer service.

Roger happens to be the "Best from all the Rest!" A kind , understanding Personal. I would recommend Roger from many Companies. I like to listen to what is needed to make right for my A/C Unit!
I will say, not many workers can do a well enough job even answering a phone.

After multiple Refrigeration companies cancelled on me, I contacted 24 hour air services. They're very professional, they're all about business. They catered to everything we needed. I will definitely keep they're contact just in case another accident. Great company!

I am very satisfied with 24 Hour Air Service Inc. They were very professional and showed up the same day I called to fix my AC which surprised me because it was late in the day. The air conditioning was repaired successfully and now I am happy to report that my AC is working as good as new. They gave me a few tips on how to properly maintain it moving forward so that I can save on future maintenance and repairs. Overall I am a happy customer and will call them again in the future if I have any trouble with my air conditioning.

Amazing service! I started to notice my AC not blowing out cold air as normal on a Thursday night then in the morning it was just blowing room temperature air and that's where I scrambled to look for someone to help. I did call a few other places but no one wanted to come over except for 24 Hour Air Service. They were amazingly quick to come and evaluate the issue. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly.. I needed a new roof unit in my condo and the company had a unit available and immediately they worked things out with the management company so I can have AC before the 90F weekend we were going to have.
I have never seen a company work so fast and diligent. They contacted several times to let me know what was going on and within a couple of hours I had AC again. They are very professional and caring. They are easy to deal with and the staff is wonderful. And thanks to Angela and Eurice for calling several times that day and calling during the weekend and the following week to make sure all was well. And thanks to Roger and Yoel for bringing and installing the unit quickly. I highly recommend them.

This company came out for an emergency install and we are so pleased with service and the price amazing to get a company out on a weekend to provide such fast service. I placed the call in the morning because my ac was not cooling and the tech came out and found out that the unit compressor is bad and recommended us changing the complete unit outside and not just the compressor which he said has (1) year warranty and the outside unit has (5) years warranty so we went ahead with the recommendation.

We are so pleased with the service and they are very inexpensive. Not only that we ended up purchasing their service agreement which is $150 for (2) visits for the year. My AC stopped blowing cold air on a Friday night, past 11:30 pm, during the summer. We are a family of asthma and allergy suffers, so we needed a solution quickly. We reached out to 24 Hour Air Service for help and the technician came during the night and quickly identified the problem. He had all parts with him ready to go. He showed us the damaged wires, explained everything to us and proceeded to repair the AC. Within minutes, our problem was solved. Technician was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. The person who answers the phone was very kind too, she gave us calls updating us constantly regarding our visit time window. Again, all of this on a Friday night going into early Saturday morning. It was an emergency service call and a fee should be expected with such situation. In our case, it was nothing that we were not expecting, on the contrary, it was fair. We were very satisfied with the service!

I have been using "24 Hour Air Service, Inc." for about 4 or 5 years when we have an emergency problem. It was extremely hot and the air conditioner went out. We looked them up called and came within an hour. It took about three well worth it hours (and that's assessing the problem, getting the needed part and fixing the unit)to have our house feeling livable again. The techicians that come to your how are knowledgeable, friendly and informative as is the office personnel. Have been with "24 Hour Air Service"ever since.

After paying the full amount to install a brand new AC unit from this company, the machine stopped working 20 min after the tech left. And this happened three times before it finally got fixed a few days later.
For most AC companies, a new unit will come with a new thermoset and the company will register the unit for customers free of charge. However, this company does not provide new thermoset, and does not do the registration for customers. On the Contract, it says WARRANTY: (10) YEARS COMPRESSOR, (10) YEARS PARTS. But, to get that you actually have to pay an extra fee to BUY that warranty, and there is no single word on the Contract mentioning this is just a purchase option. So, be prepared that you will need to pay extra money after buying the whole brand new unit from them.

I am very disappointed with this companies service, on June 24,2014 is when my trouble started my central air started blowing hot air i called this company they came out i was charged over 500.00 dollars to have this problem fixed which it was but on June 27,2014 my air again started blowing hot air so i called for the 2nd time, now we get to the third which was on June 30,2014, the supervisor and i had a few unplesant words but they again sent someone out i informed that person that this would be the last time using this company because instead of telling me straight from beginning i would eventually need a new condensor they half assed fixed it and charged me and the last visit charged me over 100.00 dollars because of something he supposedly didnt see in the very beginning of this awful experience. From what i had to deal with i will not give this company a high rating. I have spent 729.92 dollars for this lesson.

Where do I begin!!!! The supervisor is an air head! The call scheduling lady is always cracking up! No manners what so ever. They have updated fancy vehicles but they write everything on paper. They charged me $184.48 to come out and give me an estimate.... I verified on the phone that an estimate will cost $80 but they rip you off by saying you need to defrost your unit. I would need a defrost if work would need to be done. Before 24 HR I had cool air come out and they charged $69 without defrosting told me everything I need done. I left with an estimate and knew what I was looking at. The only reason two stars is because the technician was great. But the supervisor I hung up on her after she gave me attitude for asking about the defrosting fee.save your money, after using 24 HR I did not have an estimate.

We had them come out for a repair while we were out of town. We spoke with them and they said our thermostat was broken and wanted to charge us over $300 for a new one.
We negotiated to $200 + they had us over a barrel since we needed the ac fixed for the poor friends house sitting for us. On return we found they put a $14.00 thermostat no programmable in place of our more expensive 7 day programmable. They were unwilling to come back and at least swap out
For a better thermostat. What a rip off.
So not use them you should get what you pay for and I paid over 300.00 for service and a crappy thermostat that I had to have changed on return.

This is the worst ac repair company that exists on earth! After repair, the mechanic demanded cash and didn't want to give an invoice. Next day, it proved to be the mechanic had only fixed the fan , ac was still not working, called the company few times, they promised to call back,. never called back. They are only looking for 1 time customer, not a repeat business. STAY AWAY from them.
