Excellent service were able to do my installation fast before Christmas.

Cero estrellas. Juan Torres es un irresponsable. Lo unico que le interesa es hacer el contrato y vender el producto. No existe atencion al cliente y mucho menos despues de la instalacion. Es un mentiroso, arrogante e irresponsable. Solo trata que la garantia se expire , dandole larga a los problemas tecnicos del aire acondicionado. Cero estrellas para esta compania y menos cero para el grosero de Juan Torres.

When I decided to install my new air conditioning unit with them, they were very fast and efficient. The problem was 8 months later when the unit stopped working properly, it took me 4 months (without air conditioning) and many calls to the owner Juan Torres to solve the problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone for their lack of seriousness and professionalism.
