My outside unit froze solid during that weird cold snap in May. Called for AC Repair and they came out same day even though it was Saturday. Tech thawed it safely, found the low refrigerant issue, fixed a tiny leak, recharged the system and cleaned everything while he was there. Cold air within hours and he showed me how to change filters properly so this doesn’t happen again. Super knowledgeable and patient.
