These guys are the best highly responsive always there for me when I have an issue with my AC. Been using them for 12 years now. I don’t understand their low reviews, but suspect several of them are fake.

The technician “conducted a repair” and charged $225 without providing a quote or asking for approval beforehand. When questioned, he simply said he had to close a door in the ceiling (that’s all the “repair” he had to conduct). I do NOT recommend this company! NEVER calling them again

I do not recommend. After they call to confirm, the office goes ghost while you're left wondering if their tech is going to show up or not...eventually found his way here...Find a company with better communication and ETA's if you have things to do with your day/life. It's the lack of communication for me. The tech guy is nice enough...the office sucks.
