Made it very easy to order. This item was recommended to me by my electrician to cover my multi split unit. I have a very serious ice issue and hopefully this helps.

I've been installing pioneer units for a while and have had very good success with the units and customer service is among the best I've encountered!

It was easy peachy to find the remote I lost and do need. Mid 80s in Louisiana and it was getting too hot This a company that was especially easy to order on line and the pictures of remotes sealed the deal. It's a great unit.

Fantastic customer service. Answered all of my questions before purchase and there were many. Unit has worked flawlessly.

Second system purchased this month. As a HVACR contractor I am very happy with this vendor. Tech support answers quickly and resolved my issue.

Just purchased a PIONEER Quantum Ultra 3-Zone 27,000 BTU 24 SEER Ductless Wi-Fi Enabled Mini Split from Home Depot.
The Unit arrived Damaged and my installer installed the 3 zones before they noticed the Condenser was damaged. Home depot would not let us return the Condenser without the 3 zones even after we explained they are already installed in the house. We contacted Parker Davis HVAC International and they approved a new Unit to be shipped from their facility. I purchased 5 other Pioneer Units from Home depot before but never again will I shop at Home Depot. Parker Davis just got a customer for life> I will only purchased direct from Them for now on. By the way their product is awesome. No issues with any of the 5 units.

After settled down in Venice FL for over 4 years now and finally decide to installed a mini split in my west facing garage heat killed my OEM car battery in less than 2 1/2 year. I called the Pioneer's tech line before my purchase and confirmed my choice, Diamante Pro 12,000 BTU 240V system. Installation instructions are clear and concise. I include three pictures during and after installation. The two manifold gage reading showing evacuation vacuum reading one hour apart, showing no leak. The third picture is the Air Handler installed inside the garage (before I cover up the pipes with thermal wrap. This unit is perfect for DIY installation. This was my first mini split installation. Soon I will be doing one for my neighbor.

Fast forward to December 2025. I installed the same model for my neighbor in their garage without a hitch. 2nd install went quicker & smoother. He’s a Vietnam vet and received the same vet’s discount I got. Now we can work in our garages all year long comfortably and I am sure our car batteries would last much longer.

I have been running one of their energy efficient units in my barn office for several years. That it has been trouble free and capable in very cold Michigan winters makes me comfortable to purchase another unit today for a poorly insulated corner of our house (mud room).

As an installer the pioneer system is great, and I have rarely had any issues. The last order I had went seamlessly. Thanks

These are excellent units that preform as well as any of the bigger brands. Delivery was fast and smooth. The temps have dipped bellow 0 several times in the past few weeks and this has worked flawlessly. 12000btu hyperheat. Western NY 12/9/25

We are completely outfitting our house with mini splits. They have been great to work with, really fast shipping and they make returns (had to return one of our ceiling cassettes for a bigger one) very easy.

My 3rd unit, they work great and always ship quickly. I have not installed the last one yet, finishing up garage but sure it will go in perfectly, if not Parker makes it right.

So far so good. Installed it myself. So far no leaks.

We ordered the 18000 btu Quantum hyper heat mini split and it was delivered within 7 days and we ordered the hood and stand for outside unit and it arrived within 7 days. We are are happy to say everything was delivered and unharmed, have not got it installed yet due to installer being booked, but he did say very soon. We can not wait to have it up and running. Pioneer is been great on delivering as promised and i am sure we will love our new unit as soon as it is up and running. Thank you, Bob & Vicki Goble

Fantastic customer service, customer service you don't see today. I placed a mini split order 1 day, and ordered additional brackets the next day. They caught the fact I didn't need those brackets, called me explained and we canceled the 2nd order. No returning stuff I didn't need. I ordered more line set covers on a 3rd order, the box arrived completely ripped open and damage to product. Pioneer immediately sent new without waiting on the return of damaged product. Next, they were excellent when I called for assistance on registering the product and a second call with help on finding the 3rd filter. Very friendly, helpful, easy to deal with, and prompt!

Had a few hiccups with 2 dual zone 27k systems. First hiccup was a missing line set. I called customer service and within one minute I was speaking with a living, breathing human being. She said they would send another one and within 4 days I had it. Second problem involved a leaking service port valve. I called customer service and, again, I was talking to a real person. Nelson Mendez was who I ended up working with and he was very professional, courteous, and helpful. After a thorough troubleshooting session over a couple days, I sent a video of the procedure I was asked to perform which clearly showed that the valve was leaking. There was no hesitation on Pioneer's part, they agreed to send another condenser, allowed me to return the original after I received the replacement, provided ample documentation and did what they said they would do within minutes. I installed the new condenser with no issues at all.
If you want GREAT customer service, and you want to work with real professionals, I couldn't recommend this company enough. They're a great example of what customer service should be. I've not used their mini splits before, I hope they are just as good as the service has been. If so, I will be putting a couple in my daughter's new house and I will recommend them to everyone I know who has an hvac need.

Would recommend this mini split! Came with everything needed to instal. Vacuumed great and had enough Freon to charge its self. Helps keep my shop warm and I don’t have to worry about using my wood stove 24/7 now.
