They just replaced my airconditioning system. They came when they said they would, honest, professional and friendly. Owned, and run by same family since 1973. They are doing something right!!! Love my brand new unit and the new thermostate!

Great Service / Great Company. Anytime i have an issue they come very timely, and fix it from A-Z. They take pride in their work, give great advice on what to do / not to do and always guarantee their work. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good quality A/C company.

This is a fine company. I got 4 quotes. Ellen and Richie were not the cheapest and not the highest, but they take care of the AC for both of my neighbors, so their word of mouth recommendation meant a lot to me. I appreciated the straightforward proposal. Not pushy, just the facts, no nonsense. Quick permitting, install, inspection, communication and follow-up. Call them !

These guys are great! In this crazy heat wave, they came right out and were on time, ready to go to work. The price was very competitive, but the main difference between them and other companies I’ve used in the past was how professional they were. Once again residential air has come through for me in repairing my air conditioning system. I love how I can always call and speak with Bocky and she’s on it in a minute WOW!! you just don’t have service like that anymore. She had her crew at my house within the hour diagnose the problem and ordered the required parts for repair. She had the crew back out the following day so I can greet my Airbnb Guest in a cool home really cool🥶Her staff is always friendly and professional and they always do an amazing job. Residental Air has been my go to air conditioning company for over 20 years. They have installed a few units in my home, replaced all my air ducts recently, and continue to show me firsthand service. They are knowledgeable, honest, and show up when promised, which is most important! Their communication is set apart from any other service company that I use. We recently hired Residential Air to do some maintenance and some repairs on our home AC unit. We had used a different company and we had a bad experience so we called Ellen based on a referral. They were extremely professional, showed up on time, and gave us excellent service. We strongly recommend Residential Air without reservation. AMAZING SERVICE- 1000% recommend working with Residential Air. Timeliness, communication, competency and confidence come to mind when I think about the installation project.

My A/C went down on a Saturday when it was 95 degrees outside, and the technician was at the house the same day. Super nice person, good communicator and walked me through the band aid scenario and possible long-term scenario. I asked a lot of questions and found the responses to make sense and aligned with what I had researched online. They actually went out of their way to get a part from their office (Miami) to service my home in Boca a couple days later. The technician, owner & owner's son all came out, and I spoke to the owner's sister and daughter to coordinate scheduling. Great to see it really is a family business and all were so friendly, a plus.

I made the decision to have a new unit installed due to the age of my older unit and the repair cost vs replacement cost. I was sent a couple different options to compare pricing. The work was done by the same team (which I loved because painters, roofers, gutter repair, flooring teams always seem to be contracted out). The date and time were scheduled, and the work completed. I received phone calls and text messages on the progress and, post installation to ensure the unit was working well for me. I also appreciated that the team swept and cleaned up afterwards.
